호텔 직원들이 너무 친절했으며, 룸 컨디션도 좋았습니다.

너무나 친절한 응대. 정성과 따뜻함이 느껴지는 손카드로 환영을 받는 느낌 역에서 거리는 있지만 셔틀서비스가 제공되고 체크인 이후에 짐을 보관했다가 오후에 역까지 배달해 줘서 마지막까지 편하게 여행을 즐겼다 패밀리룸의 테라스에서 보이는 너무나 아름다운 정원과 정면에 보이는 융프라요흐가 인상적인 호텔 호텔에 묵었던 이틀밤이 기억에 남을것 같다

스위스의 아름다운 자연을 느낄수 있는 편안한 호텔. 청결 친절 음식 모두 만족스러움. 다음에 다시 방문하고 싶은 호텔.

Beautiful views from the room and restaurant. Good breakfast and great service. But hotel is a bit old, pools are heavily chlorinated, and the bed isn’t that comfortable.

Everything was amazing. The hotel, staff, amenities, the view. Would give more stars if possible. A must stay. Don’t even think of staying anywhere else.

Perfect return stay in Wengen. Could not wish for friendlier staff and a lovely welcome from start to finish,will be back !

Hôtel avec du charme et personnel très professionnel et sympathique mais hôtel décevant et pas au niveau d’un 4 étoiles : chambre très moyenne pour le prix, literie franchement de très mauvaise qualité, peignoir déchiré, taches sur la moquette des parties communes, petit déjeuner moyen … À noter malgré tout la bonne qualité du restaurant pour le dîner !

Rooms were clean except for cigarettes in ashtray when we went to our room . Elevator smelled of sulphur. As to Sauna, we are rather sad that it was naked only. We are 2 prudish people and not comfortable around nude people, so couldnt use it. Breakfast was average..Oh and we would have liked a little more complimentary Proseco.."Free minibar was a disappointment had a coupple of beers and apple juice Now all the good . Front desk people amazing. Kudos and special mention to Miguel our bartender who was fantastic.Hot Tub and pool fantastic. And the view....What a view. Ask for room 314!. Shuttle person was super and bags were brought to our room. Overall an amazing experience and want to return this summer

Gorgeous view from the room. Need serious remodeling. Dining staff look too busy to offer service although they did their best. You need more servers for the hotel changing that much.

Most beautiful town and great location for families. Hotel was so child friendly and the views are so picturesque!

Amazing hotel at the top of wengen, very clean and serene and would never stay anywhere else but here. Food was impeccable, and would reccomend staying here for your wengen, lauterbrunnen, area trip.

Hotel Beausite Park is absolutely amazing! I booked it at the last moment, and am so grateful I booked this gorgeous hotel. I was warmly greeted by Iris, whose customer service was outstanding. She gave me a tour of the beautiful hotel, and then gave me my room early, as it was ready. I was overwhelmed how beautiful my room was. The view of the mountains gorgeous, and the bed, heavenly! I wish I was staying more than one night, but I can’t wait to return to this gorgeous hotel with incredible staff and service! Thank you Iris, and the entire staff!

Very dated, dark, dirty and old rooms. Pillows had smell of used dirty socks. No real lobby to sit down and relax. Pool area is limited access with too many people. The view of mountains is great and breakfast was nice other than the breakfast nothing worth spending the money. I could get these amenities in under a $100, why pay more than $700…. We travel around the globe and stay at all levels of places.
