I stayed at the hotel for 5 days to attend a conference. Since it was during the conference period, I had to pay nearly three times the usual rate, but the service was terrible. First of all, the atmosphere of the hotel was quite dark and depressing, and my room only had a window facing the interior of the building, not the outside, which was very disappointing. On the second day, no bottled water was provided. When I inquired, I was told that according to hotel policy, water is only provided on the first day. I find this policy hard to understand, especially considering that I booked 5 nights and paid a high rate without any discount. (After I complained on the second day, they finally provided water, but the next day, it wasn’t provided again.) Normally, I was told that there is complimentary water available for all guests at the reception area, but even that was not available for due to construction work. On the last day, even though I hung the "Please clean the room" sign on the door, housekeeping didn’t clean the room at all. I would never want to stay at this hotel again.

호텔주변 역도 가깝고 슈퍼도 있고 좋았어요 청결도 면에서도 굳!! 그러나 에미니티도 인원수에 맞춰 준비되어 있지안았고 냉장고도 고장 말했더니 3일이나 지난 뒤 고쳐줌ㅠ 서비스는 별로라고 해야겠죠ㅠ

방은 깔끔하고 좋았어요, 위치도 좋구요, 한가지 단점은 방이 일층이였는데 지하같은 느낌이였어요.

직원들이 매우 친절했고 조식도 다양하고 맛있었으며, 룸컨디션과 위치도 나무랄 데 없었음 그러나 방음이 미흡하여 옆방과 복도로부터 소음이 심했고 창문(으로 추정되는 유리문)이 있으나 열 수 없어서 환기를 못해 아쉬웠음.

Very clean, good hospitality, good location... but, room is smaller than my expectation....

나름 안전한 지역과 크게나쁘지않은 교통에는 그럭저럭 만족했으나 뭔가 모텔같은 이 분위기... 빛이 하나도 들지않고 어두침침한 느낌은 뭔가요 좋은 뷰를 기대했다거나 특급호텔 수준의 서비스를 원한건 아니었지만 있는동안 빨리 밖에 나가고싶은 생각밖에 들지않았습니다. 답답하고 어둡고 우울한 느낌.. 제가 있는동안 바르셀로나 날씨 너무 좋았는데 거기에 들어가있으면 비가 오는 우울한 밤 같았다고나 할까요

Good value hotel. Great breakfast.

Friendly staff and a very comfy bed. I enjoyed the location being so walkable to a lot of main sites. My only issues are some of the noises. I'm not sure where they are coming from, but I think the AC is squealing and there is another noise that sounds like the subway, but I don't think it is the subway. Also, someone upstairs was hammering.

We had a fantastic stay. The terrace room is very nice. The only feedback I would give is that the breakfast buffet is quite humble, which is fine however the bread options we are all stale - rock solid old bread. Only one of the elevators was working so it was always a wait to go to our room. Otherwise everything was lovely and we really enjoyed it.

The property is very well located and easy to connect by subway. Very Clean and the staff very nice and well knowledgeable.

It was a good hotel. Lots of space and clean. A few minor design flaws: 1. The hooks in the shower are rounded, so your towel doesn’t stay on 2. The shower temp fluctuates as you’re showering from a little cold to a little too hot which makes your showers a little uncomfortable 3. The shower drains don’t drain fast enough, they have this weird bars that partially closes the drain. The shower started to fill up all the way to the point where it was about to overflow out of the shower and it had only been 3-4 mins. I had to remove the bar to fully expose the drain then it drained at the proper rate.

Great service.

The cleaning crew must do better when cleaning the room and replacing all items, including glass cups and towels that were there from the begging. Came back to a room semi clean and with only two cups instead of 4 and some were dirty

I adore this hotel, the service are perfect, they welcomed us warmly. They gives prescious advices how to enjoy our trip in Barcelona. Near Center and transportation. Personally i love walking, it was just 15mn away to plaza de Calalunya. I recommand it, very professional. I like the style very modern. and the buffet delicious and complet. You'll enjoy your stay in this hotel if you choose it

Goed bed en alles schoon. Dakterras alleen met 2 lage stoeltjes. Hebben 5 dagen geen wifi gehad ondanks dat het geregeld zou worden.
