Gstaad is a great place to stay during winter time with snow and sunshine. The hotel was once again amazing including the service, restaurants, bar and spa with a heated outdoor pool. It is very expensive but the return is high. Hope to go there again next year.

It was a pleasure to stay once again in this superb hotel. Very traditional with an excelent service, bar and restaurants. The spa is magnificent with an indoor pool and a heated area outside. Free shuttle service to Gstaad including from and to the train station.

The Palace is still the best hotel in the world. However, we felt that because of Covid, the restaurant was not staffed as normal.

2019年2月以来の再訪でしたが、前回と同じく素晴らしい滞在でした。 案内されたお部屋は清潔で明るいインテリアでした。 到着日は夕方から雪が降ってきたのですが、部屋の窓からの景色がポストカードのようで何回もビデオを撮りました。 ルームサービスやハウスキーピングなども電話でお願いをするとびっくりするぐらいすぐに来てくれました。 レストランやラウンジのスタッフもフレンドリーに話しかけてくれ、全てのスタッフがホスピタリティに長けていました。スパもプールも広くてとてもよかったです。 私たちのロストラッゲージもコンシェルジュのリズは根気よく空港会社に電話してくれ探し出してくれとても感謝しています。 100点満点以上の滞在でまたすぐに泊まりたいホテルです。

Séjour très agréable, en famille, dans un lieu exceptionnel, élégant, reposant. Confort absolu de la chambre, personnel globalement de qualité (très variable cependant au niveau des restaurants). Dommage qu'il ne nous ait pas été précisé au début que nous avions droit à un crédit repas journalier. Le spa est par ailleurs très esthétique, magnifique décoration!

Accueil, gentillesse, services, tout était parfait! Nous étions hors vacances dans cet hôtel et je pense que c'est un avantage pour être mieux servis. Nous avons été surclassé aussi. Un endroit idyllique, que nous conseillons à Gstaad.

The staff is very nice and the service is very professional. You eat well in all the restaurants.Room could be better... The spa is very relaxing and there is a fun indoor jacuzzi that bring you to an outdoor jacuzzi. There is a big slopes to get to the village but it s walkable, village is 7min walk.

What an amazing weekend at the Gstaad Palace - staying here is truly a memorable experience. We booked the Hammam Spa treatment, which was equally incredible.

Great hotel with very good service unfortunately they put us in a small room next to the kitchen exhaust and we smelled the kitchen our entire stay. When you book here make sure you do not get room 604!

Le charme du classique allié au confort du moderne, nous avons adoré nos 3 jours dans cette adresse de renom. Tout était parfait, avec un surclassement qui nous a permis de laisser dormir notre enfant sur un canapé-lit, les douces soirées dans le jardin grandiose, avec une vue à couper le souffle. Seul bémol, l’organisation de la terrasse du restaurant, difficile de savoir à qui s’adresser. Nous reviendrons certainement!

Amazing hotel in Gstaad with a superb service, restaurants and bar. The Spa and pool are excelent. Just the price is not very atractive but you get what you have payed for.

È stato un piacevolissimo viaggio nel tempo, accompagnati da uno squisito Staff di persone professionalmente ineccepibili, e nel contempo umanamente straordinarie. Fantastica la location, superlativa l'atmosfera che emana tutto l'ambiente. Camera calda e intima, Spa certamente all'altezza, colazione esaustiva per ogni esigenza. Ristorante di gran classe, con piatti superlativi. Un grazie particolare a Luca!!!
