The room was clean and very nice. However, the shower has very little pressure. That needs improvement. Very hard to rinse any kind of soap or shampoo in the hair. I realize the house is pretty old, it’s well maintained but someone was staying on top of our room and we could hear them talk and walk. They were very loud and that was a little uncomfortable at 1 am I loved the walkway to the beach. Beach was great and the chair and umbrellas was a nice surprise. Since we didn’t bring our own.

Best B&B experience ever. The hosts/staff were amazingly helpful and accommodating. We will be back.

We were well taken care of during our stay at the lookout suite. The views were amazing. We enjoyed the quietness and the covenient location.

Well, my friend and I are both 80 ish ladies. Needless to say I did not know the room I selected was on the 2nd floor. The parking is more than 2 blocks after you unload your car. Ugh!! So I had to pay for a parking space on the street during the day . Nights are free after nine. Great breakfast and afternoon wine and cheese brought to your room. Service was so helpful!!!!! We did enjoy ourselves.

Loved the place. The staff was great. I do have 2 complaints. 1. Booking thru Expedia shows this property having a pool with picture and it does not have a pool. 2. Was suppose to be a quiet place however parties full sending outside our window on our balcony from 3-5 am and no staff on site to be able to do anything about it. The entire floor was not happy.

So very quaint and super comfortable. GREAT location and views with fantastic breakfast and happy hour food delivered right to your room! Communication was excellent! Would stay again without a second thought! Recommended for sure!!

The property is located in the Heart of Downtown Saint Augustine which is nice and easy to walk just about anywhere. The staff was very nice. Dislikes: The room we got/ stayed in was not actually on the Bay Marin property. It was a couple blocks away in not the greatest area and absolutely no view as advertised. We had to walk to the main property if we wanted anything or wanted to do anything on the main property and that was not expected. We also had to deal with Ants in our room. Especially the kitchen area, which honestly was gross and unfortunately we put a to-go box from a restaurant we went to on the kitchen counter and ants got into the box causing us to throw away a fairly expensive portion of food we brought back. The room had a musky/ moldy smell and that's probably because there was a water leak in the bathroom wall causing water to pool in a corner and caused some mold. The room looked like the advertised picture, but the physical location was not on Bayfront Marin property where all the other rooms with views, a courtyard, etc. were located. Pretty disappointing for the amount of money I spent.

Great property and the staff was very attentive. Loved the text messaging service for food options and the happy hour. Will be back again!

The room was very nice. Bed super comfortable and very clean. Breakfast was especially nice. The only warning I would give is parking. It is free but about a 2 block walk

Great location and place to stay in the Old St Augustine Area. Driving and Parking in this area is a challenge. The property has reserved spots in a remote lot about a block away. We left our car there and walked to most places we wanted to visit. Loved the room service delivered breakfast and happy hour goodies!

Great location.

My husband and I had a wonderful time at Bayfront Marin House. The breakfast was amazing, the rooms were unique, and the staff was wonderful. It was a bonus to watch the dolphins in the morning.

Great place to spend a few days

They accommodated us very well. The communication was so great. I love that they text because that’s my preferred communication as it is just so much easier than calls and email. The property was beautiful.

Great place with even better view in the cottage we had. Awesome staff. Great place to stay!

Very thoughtful staff. Lovely room with extra touches like breakfast in your room and charcuterie, boards, and wine at night.

Great place for a quiet romantic weekend! Definitely will be booking another stay soon.
