Location: 4/5 - able to find in google map and near station. Cleanliness: 5/5 - sparkling clean. Check in and check out: 5/5 - good, no communication problems. Furniture: 4/5 - a bit old but good and well-polished. Service: 3/5 - we were freezing during out stay and unable to ask the receptionist to turn on the heater. He said there’s local regulation of not turning on the heater manually, need to wait for the automatic heater to turn on by itself after 9 pm but he lied. The heater did not work (there’s no such thing - the regulations about heater and all, since we can turn on and off the heater manually on our last and next stay in Florence.) - Breakfast: 4/5 - various items and good quality.
