The motel is undergoing a renovation as well as surrounding streets. We did not know until arrival. The linens were clean but the floors were dirty, especially the bathroom and area. We booked for three nights and mostly used the room to sleep as we had daytime events to attend. I captured a few insects on the floors. We received a notice that there wouldn’t be housekeeping the second day as they were fully booked. After speaking with the person at the front desk, the room was cleaned and linens change by the time we came back late in the evening. The floors were cleaner but just barely. Not enough done to keep the room clean. There was some debris behind the night tables, and I found out how dirty the floors were when I had to retrieve my earring back that had fallen partially under the bed. The front desk staff were polite and friendly but won’t book that hotel again.

We stayed at this motel during our trip to Kingston because of its convenient location. They are ranked 2 stars but the service exceeded our expectation. The staff was very friendly, professional and helpful. Our 2 queen room was quite spacious, very very clean and had ever you may need during your stay, even a separate sink when the washroom is occupied. Cons: there was no lock on the washroom doors which is unacceptable for families with kids of both genders. Management needs to install the door handles with locks. Also I think the room price was on a higher end for us. We laid $300 plus taxes for one night. Overall, I highly recommend this motel for your stay.

The area felt unsafe and I didn’t even walk into the office. We went to a different hotel and when we checked in they said they knew of the place and when they went their the front desk staff had a robe on

One night stop over. A little way from the lake front but no problem if you have a vehicle. Handy for the 401. Ample parking and quiet. Clean and bright room. Very welcoming and friendly.. all staff. Good value for money.

The beds are comfortable. They offer shampoo and body wash so ladies or men with long hair make sure you bring conditioner. There is not breakfast but they offer granola bars, tea, coffee, juice and slushies. The staff would not budge on the room rate even though we checked in at 230am. I asked for a later check out and they said not a chance.

About as basic as I would do. Mostly clean but a pile of black hairs in the bathtub. Not great. Air conditioner from the window didn't do a great job. Lots of noise through the walls and door. But, a cheap option. So, you take what you get I guess.

Good location. 15 minute walk to everything. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Great price. Stay here for a good place to sleep. Not to hang around hotel. Beds very comfortable.

Bien que ce motel ne soit pas récent, les chambres sont modernisées et propres. Le matelas était très confortable. Le personnel à l’accueil était aidant et répondait à nos besoins avec le sourire. On s’y sentait les bienvenus. Une machine à café, des barres tendres, du jus et de la slush sont offerts au lobby. Nous avons vraiment apprécié notre séjour. La note n’est pas parfaite, parce que la femme de chambre n’a pas cru bon de passer le balai ou de refaire notre lit durant les quatre jours où nous y étions.

Not what was portrayed on the internet. Shower was broken, 3 TV channels. Website said there was pool, only to discover is being ripped up. Very disappointing and deceiving. Would not recommend.

This is a great budget motel with everything you would need. Clean and comfortable. Staff was very helpful.

Really nice and clean hotel and very convenient for our stopover in Kingston. Hotel has clearly been recently renovated, the free drinks in reception was a welcome addition. The highlight to our stay was Pat the duty manager on reception. She was unbelievably kind, friendly and helpful and definitely made our stay more enjoyable. She went above and beyond at check in and check out. Would happily stay again.

Helpful staff

I had a short stay but plan to stay again. The room met my needs and had a small refrigerator and microwave which was a bonus. The staff at the front desk were very helpful and friendly. Also the complimentary Coffee was nice touch . Thank you. David

Rooms are renovated mostly & they are working on the balance . No worries, pictures are real & exactly as I expected & seen on the App. We had room 208 & 214, a party of 5, we really enjoyed our time at the hotel. Special thx to PAM , she is phenomenal very kind & patient lady . Explains very , every single detail. Very Happy after all. Coffee machine is at the reception & a Slush machine too. Juice is only served in the mornings through the machine also. No Breakfast, but there is a Tim about 2 minutes walk adjacent to the Hotel. In ground Pool outdoor is going under major renovations, most probably will be open by the end of Summer

Bit noisy for repairs.
