The room and bed is really comfortable to stay. The staffs are very kind as well. The furniture is very pretty.

지난번 런던 여행에 이어 주저 없이 이 호텔을 다시 선택했다. 도심에서 약간 벗어나 있지만, 지하철이나 버스로 어디든 편하게 이동할 수 있어서 큰 불편함은 없었다. 합리적인 가격과 높은 수준의 facilities, 그리고 넓은 room. 내집처럼 편안함을 느낄 수 있는 Town hall hotel and apartment. 다음 번에도 이곳을 선택하겠다~

솔직하게 말해서 직원의 태도가 너무 무례했습니다. 외국인인걸 알면서 말을 빨리 말하거나 전화로 문의를 하면 먼저 끊는 다던가. 에티켓이 부족했습니다. 또한 위에 식당 및 바가 있어서 매우 시끄러웠습니다. 피곤해서 금방 잠들었지만 그렇지 않으면 많이 시끄러웠고 항의를 해도 그냥 미안하다는 말 뿐이었어요. 청소 깨끗하고 냄새도 나지 않아서 좋았지만 실제로 그런 만족감이 들기도 전에 앞의 일 때문에 불쾌했습니다. 그리고 관광지와 멀어서 그리 추천드리고 싶지는 않습니다.

This is a neat and nice hotel nearby Shoreditch, the happening area now in London. The location was good and walking around the Shoreditch area was fun. The hotel is a very modern one in a traditionally beautiful building. Breakfast was excellent.

호텔은 좋았는데 주변에 소방서가 있어서 시끄러워요... 허허

Little far from the central of London but the hotel was so nice that I didn't care for the travels to London. Room was nice and spacious and so chic. Will stay again!

I stayed townhall hotel for 2 nights. It was absolutely pleasing. I loved their interior. Bed was big and comfortable. Highly recommended !

깔끔한 인테리어와 방크기가 마음에 들었습니다. 덤으로 부엌까지(시간상 많이 활용하지 못했지만). 위치도 시내에서 그리 멀진 않았고(2존) 마지막날에 집 맡기고 다니기에도 편했습니다. 다만 주변에는 뭐가 많진 않은것 같아요 ㅎ

The room was lovely. Very well designed and comfortable. Only issue was the room was not very warm upon arrival. Other than that it met all expectations, cleanliness, comfort and customer service. Also would have been good to have a few toiletries, ( disposable toothbrush, hairbrush/comb etc).

Room was nice, hotel was nice, staff was wonderful. However, charging me 25 pounds per hour for early check in for a room that was already available is horrible service. This decision by them alone will ensure I never return, which is unfortunate as I enjoyed the evocation. Hope the 100 pounds for 4 hours was worth us never returning in our future trips.

Lovely housekeepers and front desk

Everyone and everything was good. 2 issues - surprised that 5 star hotel had 4ft 6ins beds rather than 5 ft. The hight of the bath made it very difficult to step in.

This was our forth visit to this hotel. We always enjoy the extra space the apartments have to offer and they are always comfortable, clean and tidy. The service in the hotel is generally good. Breakfast is good quality, with good service, there just could be a bit more to choose from on the menu. We love the area the hotel is in. Bethnal Green has some great pubs and a lovely park behind the hotel. It is very handy for the tube but it is also really lovely walking from here, with some of our favourite markets being only half an hours walk away. We would definitely recommend this hotel and will be booking to stay again.

My room was large and very comfortable, however service was nearly non-existent. There was no staff to help me bring my luggage in and out of the hotel, which is accessed via steps. When I called the front desk one evening to ask to borrow a power adaptor I was informed that the hotel no longer lends them out “because guests steal them.” Then suggested I go to the mini mart across the street.

This is a nice hotel with great staff but the condition of the room really doesn’t warrant the price. I had a one bedroom suite and while the space was great, the decor was tried, tiles chipped, sealant peeling away in bathroom etc. needs a good spruce up to be worth the money for the stay. Communal areas are lovely and staff were great but rooms were tired and a bit of a let down.
