The room and bed is really comfortable to stay. The staffs are very kind as well. The furniture is very pretty.

지난번 런던 여행에 이어 주저 없이 이 호텔을 다시 선택했다. 도심에서 약간 벗어나 있지만, 지하철이나 버스로 어디든 편하게 이동할 수 있어서 큰 불편함은 없었다. 합리적인 가격과 높은 수준의 facilities, 그리고 넓은 room. 내집처럼 편안함을 느낄 수 있는 Town hall hotel and apartment. 다음 번에도 이곳을 선택하겠다~

솔직하게 말해서 직원의 태도가 너무 무례했습니다. 외국인인걸 알면서 말을 빨리 말하거나 전화로 문의를 하면 먼저 끊는 다던가. 에티켓이 부족했습니다. 또한 위에 식당 및 바가 있어서 매우 시끄러웠습니다. 피곤해서 금방 잠들었지만 그렇지 않으면 많이 시끄러웠고 항의를 해도 그냥 미안하다는 말 뿐이었어요. 청소 깨끗하고 냄새도 나지 않아서 좋았지만 실제로 그런 만족감이 들기도 전에 앞의 일 때문에 불쾌했습니다. 그리고 관광지와 멀어서 그리 추천드리고 싶지는 않습니다.

This is a neat and nice hotel nearby Shoreditch, the happening area now in London. The location was good and walking around the Shoreditch area was fun. The hotel is a very modern one in a traditionally beautiful building. Breakfast was excellent.

Little far from the central of London but the hotel was so nice that I didn't care for the travels to London. Room was nice and spacious and so chic. Will stay again!

I stayed townhall hotel for 2 nights. It was absolutely pleasing. I loved their interior. Bed was big and comfortable. Highly recommended !

The size of the hotel and cleanliness was amazing! However we had issues throughout our stay with the washing machine breaking while our clothes were inside, the AC shutting off every hour and our key cards kept no longer working. The hotel staff was really helpful in giving other options to help everything not working.

Our third visit, because we love the place. Great location, fab architecture inside and out. Our room (212) had a wonky shower tap (which had come unstuck from the wall), but other than that everything was perfect. We will definitely be returning in the future!

We were there for three nights, stayed in a junior suite on the ground floor. The room was spacious, comfortable and had high ceilings. It was very comfortable. We used the pool and the gym, enjoyed it a lot. The area was really nice!

Bit of a random location. Rooms are nice and spacious if you were staying for a few nights this would be an ideal base.

Run!!! Stayed at this hotel for a wedding and the staff was thoroughly incompetent. Our reservation couldn’t be found and the front desk overcharged us and put us in a spare room not even listed on the website (double bed and no working AC). Miserable experience from start to finish. We were far from the only wedding guests to experience issues with check-in and AC.

Cleverly designed and decorated spacious room. Bed and shower were excellent. Washer-dryer in the room!

Wonderful hotel and the service was excellent. We would definitely stay here again!

Room is wonderful but if you have mobility issues ask for handicapped because tub is extremely high. No luggage rack. Now the food was just awful other than breakfast. No food service other than breakfast on Sunday. So good luck finding a dinner because nothing available in the hood. Eli the step down restaurant doesn’t serve sandwiches or fries but the special of the day was trout belly with rice. I had a pasta dish and a salad comprised mainly of baby arugula you would be surprised at the cost but portion was similar to a tasting menus. Advice to owners hire a chef who will cook fish and chips and Shepherds Pie. Then bar was attached to the reservations, only restaurant so if you wanted to come and have a gin and tonic you felt out of place in tennis shoes. Hotel staff consisted of very nice, hard working people but I didn’t have interaction with most of them, HOWEVER at checkout you will find the mandatory service charge which was explained as tipping the staff! I tip for service. They added on taxes well beyond what I paid for when booking. Take a pass and stay in a tourist area.
