Saya dari indonesia 1 kamar dengan 3 kasur. Dari segi pelayanan & fasilitas overall ok. Good lah untuk sbuah apartment d pinggiran dubai dengan harga under 2jt. Hanya suasananya yang kami pribadi kurang cocok. Apartment ini lebih mirip tempat prostitusi. D lobby d cafe samping hotel banyak wanita-wanita mangkal dengan baju minim 🥹. Belum lagi tidak malam tidak pagi selama kami d apartment kami mndengar suara-suara orang bercinta. Saran saya untuk yang bawa keluarga apa lagi ada anak kecilnya saya sangat tidak menyarankan stay d apartment ini. 🥹

Their hotel is not clean. The staff is not good enough. Still using the keys of the primitive age.

The rooms are clean and spacious. All staff are so friendly and accommodating, especially the room boy named zahidul who's there to help our needs.

Their hospitality was poor, they don’t greet customer, not even with a smile, even when you were in the same lift. The water in their toilet was way too hot, not suitable for shower. They kept saying the temperature was normal and ignored our request to change to other room. The manager came to the room and said the same thing all over again, did not give any solution and left without apologizing. The staffs need to work on their attitude and learn how to be nice to their clients/customers. The room was dirty, there were stains on their bed sheets, the tv needs to be set manually. Their housekeeper was rude, requested for a new mug because the one in the room was dirty but no response. The hotel is nice, comfortable and affordable but due to the staffs and their services, it is probably the worst hotel I have been to in Dubai.
