Classy hotel problem the aircon just too damn small for two rooms oh by the way the upgrade me too double room with kitchen but no wifi we have to pay 350 pesos

I got a nice stay at Copacabana... The room is spacious. Has friendly and helpful staff from the security guards, reception and even the bellman. I will definitely return here.

We stayed at Copcabanna for my sisters surprise bridal shower. First while preparing for the room we bought food and everything that we need so obviously mabigat at madami ang dala namin, ang parking area nila was at the back of the hotel, bad thing about it is wala silang entrance from the parking, dadaan ka pa sa mismong dinadaanan ng car papsok ng parking. The gueard there was so rude na signing na umikot kami papunt sa harap (may nakita kasi kaming entrance for pwd kaya nag attemept kami pumasok dun) seeing na dalawa kaming babae at napkadami naming bitbit and umuulan. First strike yun. Second strike is pagpasok nmin ng lobby with all the things in our hands di man lang kami tinulungan ng guard or tumawag ng bellboy, tapos may pumasok na foreigner at may dalang maliit na maleta at timulungan niya. Grabe diba? Porket di kami nakaayos and all wala na siyang pakialam samin. Third strike, may visitor ako at bumaba ako to pick him up sabi ko sa guard “visitor ko siya kuya” at ang sabi ng guard “dumaan p din daw sa reception” since may mga nakapila we waited kasi nga sabi dumaan sa reception, ayun nung turn na namin ok na daw no need to weite the name or inform the reception kasi sakin naman nakapangalan ang room. Hassle! And the last strike for the guard is, he went to our room and asked us to keep quiet cause other renters are complaining. Ok kuya we will. Then he stated these sentence, “Kung di pa kayo tatahimik mapipilitan kaming paalisin kayo.” Wow kuya we paid for the room, and its nice if you just told us to keep our voices down. Actually nung umakyat siya wala ng ingay kasi nagkkwentuhan na lang kami. And they can just call us to keep us quiet as first warning tsaka may aakyat na guard. We felt so bad sa sinabi ni kuya kaya my mom talked to the reception and complained. One thing this hotel/apartment lacks services, not recommdable. Wala silang Ice kahit babayaran namin. Hirap lumabas that time to buy ice kasi its raining hard and medyo malayo ang store. Sorry for all the compalints but our stay at Copacabanna is really a disaster.

Best place to stay in MNL, so clean and safe! every time you OUT / IN the security personnel asking you all the time about your room no. That's good anyway!

This is quite near to MOA so we picked this over any other accommodations knowing its reputation. Room was clean and staff were courteous If given the chance, I'll go back here.

This is my 2nd time at Copacabana. As i expected this would be so much fun! The price is cheaper than other Condo’s or hotel room yet the space was so amazing. The bed room is so big & the living room is also amazing & spacious. It has 2-door refrigerator and kitchen area where you can cook. I only got this for Php 2,900 pesos. With Php 2,000 security deposit that you can refund after your check-out. It was fun and amazing hotel! This is not just 3 star hotel. I feel it’s better thank 5 star hotel because of the room quality and affordable price!! 🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻 well recommended. Thank you copacabana.

Son got really bad skin allergies from swimming in the pool. Too much chlorine in it that it stings when water get to the eyes.

Lacking in the basics which most hotels (even small inns) nowadays are providing for free. No bottled water, no hotel sleepers, WiFi is not free and very expensive. The 2/F restaurant ambiance is not that good and food is also pricey (based on the menu) so we opted to jut eat out. Early check-in option (even for just a couple of hours) will be charged 50% of the daily rate or Php1,650.00 which is too much. I've been staying in different hotels in different places mostly on weekends so I have some point of comparison. I stayed overnight in the hotel with my 75 year-old mom to attend a friend's wedding in a nearby location. I know that check-in time is at 2:00pm but since we arrived a bit earlier, I asked if there's an option for "early check-in." I was told that the hotel is fully booked and we would really have to wait until check-in time. The front desk personnel said we can leave our things for safe keeping if we'd like to go out and just come back at 2:00pm. A few minutes after, a foreigner went in and asked for early check-in option. Another staff said yes but it would cost an extra P1,650.00. (while the one I talked to said no to me because the hotel is fully booked). To be fair to the hotel staff, they were polite and the room we stayed in is clean and comfortable enough. But I would opt to stay in a different hotel next time I'm in the area.
