Breakfast is quite good, with a bit of everything. The dining room where it's served is very quiet and pleasant. The rooms are a standard size, with the essentials; the bathroom amenities are a highlight. The hotel's location is fantastic.

O hotel é lindo, café da manhã excelente. Nos deram um banheiro que acredito que seja para deficientes físicos, então o box do banheiro era totalmente aberto, molhava o banheiro todo e escorregava. Cama boa, travesseiros muito duros. Reservamos um quarto com ar-condicionado, porém não funcionava. Informamos a recepcionista, e a mesma disse que resolveria o problema, mas nada foi feito. Tivemos que dormir com a janela aberta, mas ficamos no primeiro andar, de frente para umas máquinas, e onde os funcionários passavam.

Hermoso lugar, cómodo, céntrico y cerca de todo. Las habitaciones limpias y con lo necesario para hacer tu estancia memorable. Ubicado en un antiguo convento y con vista al Castillo de Peñafiel, al lado del río. Pura magia.

Todo perfecto. Solo un pequeño fallo, el plato de ducha es muy resbaladizo y puede provocar un accidente..Está en manos del hotel solucionarlo.

Bathroom was extremely dirty with mold and crud on the bath. So disgusting we just skipped taking a bath. We tried calling the front-desk several times to book the spa and they never could understand our Spanish and didn't speak English. We went two messages without getting a response. On check-in they said the SPA was full. Worst hotel we have stayed at in the last decade. I sent a follow-up e-mail to the hotel with no response.

Qualité products but convenience and low-end dishes for breakfast. Rooms without Heating so our son has been sick. For 3 rooms Booked, one had no window and 2 only mini windows that did not open. In one of the rooms, There was a strong Smell of sewage in the bathroom. It’s not the standard of a 4 star Hotel. It’s a shame because thé hôtel is beautiful and the quality Restaurant.

Convento muy bien cuidado con miles de detalles. La cena en el restaurante fue buenísima. Camas súper cómodas. Muy bonita estancia

Muy bien servicio y atención por parte de los trabajadores. Las habitaciones podrían renovarse

Todo muy bien, sólo dos detalles, falta alguna persona más trabajando y que bajen la intensidad del ambientador de la entrada

Lovely and exciting hotel, where we got a standard room at the top with a skylight. Nice and clean. Unfortunately no possibility to make a cup of tea or coffee (no kettle). The breakfast was nice. And yes, at the reception you got help, but a smile makes a big difference - most happy people know that.
