발렌시아 도심에서는 많이 떨어져 있습니다. 이 호텔의 가장 좋은 점은 발렌시아 해변이 바로 앞에 있다는 것과 1층의 식당이 맛있다는 점입니다. 바다 전망을 선택해도 바다가 가까이 보이지 않고 창이 많이 작고 답답한 편입니다. 1~2일 정도 묵을만하며 발코니에서 바다를 감상하고 싶다면 비추, 해변으로 나가서 바다를 즐긴다면 접근성은 좋습니다. 다시 묵고 싶지는 않네요.

Reasonable price comparing to the quality of service and room

The room exceeded our expectations! We loved our stay in the penthouse and enjoyed a lovely meal in the restaurant

A bit more unclean than I would expect for the cost and advertising. Dirty blinds, hair in the bathroom, smashed bugs on the walls/ceiling, debri on the terrace, dirty light switches, burnt out light bulbs. 24/7 reception offered but short and rude when asking about drinking water.

Very close to boardwalk and the beach. Night club noise is audible and tolerable for me. Great location, restaurant in property. Very kind staff.

Pie de playa Lo malo poco personal para los desayunos mucho ruido y una piscina vendría bien

El personal se adaptó a mis necesidades especiales. La habitación era más grande de lo que esperaba; tenía bañera y ducha, nevera y cafetera expreso. Estaba justo en la playa, pero mi habitación era tranquila. El desayuno estaba sencillo y rico y las vistas desde el restaurante eran espectaculares. Recomiendo ampliamente este hotel.

Unser zimmer war ohne fenster , nur ein im innenhof ohne luftzufuhr und mit lauter außen Klimaanlage die schweine laut war. Sonst war esvin Ordnung. Frühstück könnte mehr auswahl haben.

Pros: Nice facility next to the beach. Cons: Nightclub near facilities playing loud music till 3:30 am.

The window in bedroom was looking out on corridor area rather than any sea or buildings or park view if I go again ask for a sea view room lovely and housekeeping excellent very comfortable Air conditioning vrry much appreciate The dining aspect was strange anyone staying in the hotel were seated at the back of restaurant and given a set menu whereas anyone who came in for food had a much bigger choice and got to sit outside or at least with a sea view what a pity Id say charge a bit more if necessary and treat everyone the same Reception staff very helped, dining staff ok On the whole lovely place to stay just a pity no supermarket close by the one that is near is a good 15 mins walk and very hot for walking Fridge in bedroom wonderful and thanks for water and coffee machine for all kinds of hot drinks

Everything is good

Las vistas desde la habitación, espectaculares. Acceso directo a la playa. Playa ventosa. La habitación muy amplia. El cristal del ventanal estaba sucio. El aire acondicionado no funcionaba. El desayuno era muy variado pero poco sabroso. Por la noche me quise dar un baño y no funcionaba el agua caliente. Para aparcar, bastante bien. En la calle se puede aparcar gratis. Aunque en fin de semana puede costar un poco encontrar sitio porque está a tope.

Der Geruch im Zimmer war leider schrecklich. Jedoch war das Personal sehr nett das Frühstück sehr gut und die Lage traumhaft.

Zimmer zum Innenhof arg dunkel, sonst ein schönes Hotel für einen kurzen Tripp nach Valencia. Das Frühstück ist gut, das Essen im Restaurant ebenso.

service was great and staff very kind and hospitable

This is my favorite Budget Hotel in valencia. I've seen several times over several years and always had beautiful service, impeccable cleanliness, and an enviable walk to the beach. The area is safe and accessible. I will be back every chance I can. And Diana at the reception is one of the best people I've met. Her service was incredible.

The ABOSOLUTE WORST hotel experience that we've had. The hotel part was full we were given a 2bd/2ba apartment without our agreement. The apt was spacious but sterile. It had a separate entrance from the hotel. The only way to contact the front desk was to go to hotel part in person as there were no hotel phones. There were air fresheners everywhere (rooms, hallways, elevators) that automatically sprayed a very strong scent. The hallways were pitch black during the night as the lights automatically went out, so you had to fumble to find the light switch before entering. On the first night, my daughter got a burn from the shower faucet because the water was so hot. When I took my shower, the water was cold. The front desk was of no help (I'll call and maybe a few days.), We learned to not touch the shower faucet and take short warm showers. There was a twin bed that collapsed when my daughter sat on it (it was missing almost 1/2 the slats). The person at the front desk just replaced one of the fallen slats and didn't offer any apologies/explanation. We woke up to multiple mosquito bites on our faces and arms (had to buy deet and spray it on our beds each night). We probably killed/smash half a dozen mosquitos. There was also a dead cockroach in front of the elevator. Also, we were told that we had to take out the trash to the large city trash bins in the street. There are no maid service to the apt. When we complained, the front desk was of no help & no follow-up. AVOID!!!!!

Nos gustó mucho su ubicación y su cocina. Solo nos tocó un cuarto con ventilación a la zona de cocina, y los olores eran intensos. Por lo demás muy bien. Sería recomendable que repensaran sus bañeras, se tira toda el agua de la ducha.

My request for a room away from a lift was totally ignored and I was given one right next to one. Luckily the lift was not too noisy and could not be heard through ear plugs. My room was large with bare stone floors and had a comfortable bed. The bathroom was wonderful.. very spacious sink unit, nice shower and bidet. The tv had no channel in English and to use the safe involved walking inside a wardrobe with restricted space and no lighting at all- totally ridiculous location for such and the use of a torch was needed. on arrival a form had to be signed acknowledging that any damage caused had to be paid for. I therefore had to point out that my room had cracked window panes..and these were sitting inside rusting frames. The staff in general were unaccommodating, vague and non communicative with necessary information. I learnt that cooked eggs at breakfast had to be requested by looking at another guest's plate! On my last day breakfast was late starting and I was asked to keep out of the restaurant at the same time a guest was inside it on the previous day. All in all I wouldn't recommend.

Hotel coso aurait dû être notre nuit bonus, nous avons du payer 50€ en plus car dans leurs chambres ils ne prennent pas les chiens et ils nous ont logé dans leurs appartements hotel!
