Excellent view & classical hotel

Good environment

체크인 시작이 5시라 상당히 늦은 시각. 트레치메 트래킹을 끝내고 갈 생각으로 예약. 가성비가 상당히 좋으며 차량 없이는 불가능 할 듯. 다만, 4시50분에 도착했는데도 체크인은 5시 30분 정도에 했음. 체크아웃이 10시임에도 늦은 체크인이 좀 아쉽다. 그 외엔 상당히 좋았음. 추천.

Great hotel with all you need to see most of the Dolomites. View from room was 10/10

Nice place looks like a resort mansion. Easy to get to. Rooms are clean. Showers work good. It’s a 100 year old place.

Abou 10 minutes from Cortina. Very beautiful hotel, excelent amenities. Complete and very good breakfast buffet. The only point is that there isn’t air conditionair. Exceeded my expectations!!

The hotel has the potential to be GRAND: the rooms and common areas are spacious and comfortable, however perhaps for lack of staff during the summer season, their half-board service was slow without a wine list. That said, the staff that was there were AMAZING and hard-working to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The free access to the spa rooms/sauna was appreciated and relaxing.

Very nice hotel looks like a castle

It was an excellent stay! The staff, the facilities, the breakfast, very good. The staff were friendly and pleasant, not just to the guests, but just in general. They work hard, and on the busy breakfasts, they kept things moving. The spa was a standout! Well equipped and clean. I'll say this though, the dinner was just ok, would have liked a bit more on the menu, but I understand low season constraints. Will stay again if in the area.

The hotel has a great background history. It looks grand, big and the rooms are very spacious and clean. The hotel staff are friendly and they provide good range of breakfast. Though it is like 25 mins drive from Cortina, you will have a nice relaxing and peaceful stay with this hotel.

This hotel is advertised as a 4-star property, but our experience was far below that standard. The biggest issue was the bed. The mattress was as hard as concrete, and you could clearly feel the springs pressing into your back. It was one of the most uncomfortable hotel beds I’ve ever slept on. I woke up with significant back pain that affected the rest of my day. The breakfast buffet was equally disappointing. There were a couple of flies all over the cold cuts, which was both unappetizing and a serious hygiene concern. It was shocking to see this in a hotel that claims to be four stars. When I spoke to the manager about the mattress, he simply moved us to another room and insisted that all of the mattresses were new. He offered no real solution, no acknowledgment that there might be a problem, and refused to cancel my reservation or any refund or compensation. I was ready to move to a different hotel. A comfortable bed and proper food hygiene are basic expectations, especially at a 4-star hotel. Unfortunately, this hotel failed on both counts, and the way management handled the situation only made the experience worse. I would not stay here again, and I hope this review helps other travelers make an informed decision before booking.

Hotel muito organizado desde a entrada (recepção), até a saída. Quartos sempre muito bem limpos, banheiro excelente água quentinha e com pressão, café da manhã excepcional o maitre Sr Pietro e seus colaboradores Pedro, Camila e Vittoria são sempre muito profissionais, deixando os hóspedes muito bem servidos. Parabéns a equipe deste maravilhoso hotel, voltaria de olhos fechados.
