밤중에 외부 공사 소음이 심함

Room was dated,but clean. It had a odor..people super nice.

Desk clerk was not very nice but the manager Was wonderful

Great convenient location for airboat rides and the Kennedy Space Center!

Very friendly staff, seamless check in and contactless checkout. Dining options in facility and next door. Easy drive to other options. Short drive to cruise port and Beach.

I am still getting used to the absence of a closet in current day hotels. True of this hotel also. Excellent breakfast, good customer service all around. Not as clean as my wife would have liked. Property and parking was also excellent.

First, they added a 20 dollar fee, when I checked in that they said was a key deposit. The room smelled like garbage, until I set the 3 bags of trash in the closet, out in the hall. And they never picked it up after I informed them in person, because the phone was not working. I will not be staying there anymore.

It was a good stop over till our cruise thr next day. The ac seemed a little nit out of order but we managed for that night

Every where I looked I saw dirty things. Uncomfortable beds, dark rooms, and my shower/tub are as so old the original anti slip flooring was worn and was “replaced” with those garbage white sticky strips that were also worn. So that was very frustrating.

Clean rooms and helpful staff.

Die Unterkunft war sauber, die Zimmer geräumig und das Personal zuvorkommend. Das Hotel ist geeignet, schnell zum KSC zu gelangen. Es gibt ein sehr gutes, uriges Lokal "Cracker Barrel Old Country Store" in unmittelbarer Nähe, das es wert ist zu besuchen.

Very nice facility

Poor customer service and property could be a little cleaner. The first encounter was with the check-in process they had a problem with finding our names in the system. After proof of reservation was provided, the staff states our name was entered backwards in the system and that this happens all the time. We requested washcloth and face towels because they did not have the correct amount in our room. After 45 mins we didn’t receive it, we called the front desk and they told us it was sent to the wrong room. We waited a little while longer but still no towels so we decided to go down and get them instead. When we opened the door we were surprised to see that they delivered our face towel and washcloth in front of our room door on the floor. When asked, they responded that this was normal process. I think that is unacceptable. We will be happy to take our business elsewhere.

Nice location

Check in was easy and the lobby was attractive. Staff was courteous. Our room was very spacious but the bathroom was dirty, and the toilet had not been flushed after the last use. There was also an issue with humidity in the room and it was so muggy that the pillows and bedding felt moist to touch.
