한국에서 흔한 모텔 사이즈와 인테리어에요. 엘리베이터가 5층까지인데 6층에 묵어서 약간 불편했어요. 둘쨋날 옆방 소리 다 들리더군요. 방은 안되요. ㅜㅜ 주변에 슈퍼만 세 개고 식당과 카페도 많아요. 시설은 현대적인편. 청소상태 청결했구요. 몽빠르나스역을 이용하신다면 괜찮은 위치. tv 리모콘이 없어 전화하니 갖다줬는데 다음날 청소 후 또 없음. 리모콘이 부족한가봐요.

Location was perfect. Near to gare Montparnasse and underground station. Despite few disappointments, staying in this hotel was quite pleasant for me. In addition, employees were very helpful and kind so you will be able to get any help you want.

Reception Alberto was a master of hospitality and took great care to ensure my whirlwind stay was the best it could be. The breakfast was also excellent with homemade eggs and nice spread. Will return!

communication impossible! I left the hotel, took the subway and already tried to contact them because I forgot my glasses and my earphones... they don't answer the phone, they don't reply to emails, etc. I asked a French couple of friends to go there and they blamed the maid and the next guests and said it disappeared and they can't do anything... I don't recommend it!!!

This hotel was great, definitely recommended! They were able to accommodate a very early check in and were always very pleasant. It is located in a great area plus near metro and train station.

Hotel muito bem localizado, porém, não houve limpeza no quarto por dois dias (assim como troca de toalhas regularmente). No mais, hotel ok, de atendimento tranquilo.

J'y ai passé 1 nuit du 27 au 28 fév2025. Ce n'était pas la première fois et j'ai toujours été satisfaite mais cette fois il y a eu un incident intolérable. à 2h30 du matin une personne s'est introduite via une carte d'accès dans ma chambre alors que j'y dormais, je me suis réveillée en sursaut paniquée en entendant la porte. Je n'ai pas identifié la personne, sortie de mon sommeil violemment. Elle a refermé la porte dès qu'elle a vu que la chambre était occupée. Je suis restée sur le qui-vive. 3 min après mon tél de chambre a sonné : le réceptionniste de nuit me demandait qui j'étais ! et m'indiquait en s'excusant que c'est lui qui venait d'entrer dans la chambre ! Il ne semblait pas informé que la chambre était occupée. C'est une erreur professionnelle qui vient de la réceptionniste au checkin qui a jugé bon de m'attribuer une autre chambre que celle prévue mais sans le noter. L'erreur est humaine. En revanche je suis scandalisée par l'absence de prise en compte de cet incident extrêmement gênant et cette faute de l'hôtel. La moindre des choses en termes de professionnalisme serait de rembourser/dedomager envers la clientèle suite à un incident regrettable de la sorte, d'autant plus un client déjà venu et qui revient. J'invite donc l'hôtel à me contacter pour cela.

Oda genel olarak küçüktü fakat yalnızca konaklama için kullanmak adına yeterli. Odanın ve tuvaletin temizliği gayet iyiydi. Yatak da oldukça rahat. Ulaşım konusunda Paris'in ortasında denebilir. Çok kısa yürüme mesafesinde şehrin bir çok yerine ulaşabileceğiniz Metro, Tren ve Otobüs durakları mevcut. Eiffel Kulesi ise yürüyerek 30 dakika kadar sürüyor. Je commence par le positif : - l'accueil - le petit déjeuner (autant la salle que la diversité de ce qu'il y a dans le buffet) - La chambre les meubles et le style(je ne parle pas de la propreté) Le négatif : - Escalier ou couloir salle et abimée sans avoir pris le temps de faire des réparations simple - Le lit n'avait clairement pas des draps propres !!! des poils ou cheveux dans le lit - Salle de bain abimée et certaines parties de la chambre - Le bruit ! il y a le métro qui passe en dessous et c'est une horreur car cela tremble et tu entends le métro. Résumé : - Ce n'était pas propre car le lit ne fut pas changer (une honte) - le bruit

Pour le positif: personnel très agréable, hôtel bien placé, lit très confortable, ménage bien fait. Pour le négatif: moquette qui a du vécu (très tachée dans notre chambre), porte de douche qui a été visiblement cassée et remplacée par un rideau, petit miroir branlant (sdb), dans la chambre meubles ou le placage a sauté,... ça mériterai un petit coup de neuf! Sinon ce n'est pas la faute de l’hôtel mais le métro passe dessous et ça s'entend beaucoup!

Pro: - Proximity to Metro - Clean Hotel - Friendly staff - Comfy Bed Cons: - Small rooms. My husband is 200lbs, 6’0” tall. Built like a hockey player. Im 5’4” 120lbs, fairly petite. This is to put things in perspective. We had to climb over each other to get to the other side of a standard room. - Small bathroom. I could not wash my face in the sink without splashing the floor bec there wasnt enough elbow room. Floors were soaked bec my husbad had to leave the door open to fit in the shower. - Room cleaning happened REGARDLESS of our request to not have this done. - Small elevator. We barely fit in bringing our luggage (1 checked 1rolling suitcase) - Small hallways. Do not arrive when there is housekeeping You will not get through

it was close to metro and many bus routes. t There were lots of boulangerie, bistros and other eateries. Concierge and front desk were excellent.

Distinkt lukt i lobby og gang, virket som et forsøk på å overgå dårlig renhold, rommet hadde søppel på badegulvet og dusjområdet, samt under sengen. Selv med roomservice under oppholdet ble ikke søppelet fjernet. Aldri opplevd liknende.

Very good location and friendly staff

Lovely hotel. Staff were very pleasant, room was clean - couldn’t fault it. Bonus that it is in a lovely neighbourhood with lots of lovely restaurants.

Conveniently located, but very small rooms and the common areas are rather worn down. The room and particularly the amenities are definitely too small for an XL size guest with a partner and some luggage.
