불친절한 태도와 프론트에서 당당한 팁요구 환블요청했지만 시간끌기와 직원들이 짜고치는 작업들 새벽에 체크인이라 너무 피곤한 상황이라 (이미 2시간 허비함으로)기다리지 못하고 그냥 숙박하기로 결정했지만 다음날 공사로인한 위층에 소음으로 인해 잠을설쳤고 룸을 바꿔달라 요청 했으나 바로 이루어 지지 않았고 3일동안 시트와 타올을 바꿔주지 않았으며 욕실에 욕조커튼 아랫부분 시커먼 곰팡이로 가득함 3번의 베가스 여행이었지만 최악의 호텔이었고 직원들의 태도와 호텔 서비스의 격멸을 느낌니다

깨끗한 시설과 훌륭한 위치의 호텔입니다. 라스베이거스 메인 스트릿을 다니기 편하고 주차장도 무료입니다. 벨라지오 호텔의 O쇼나 분수쇼는 바로 앞이고 시저스 호텔의 뷔페 이용시 모두 도보로 이동이 가능합니다. 전망도 좋습니다. 저희는 5인 가족여행으로 커넥트룸을 이용했는데 거실이 넓어서 생활하기 좋았습니다.

매우좋은 접근성을가진 위치와 조리가가능한 주방이있어 가족이 머무르기 딱 좋았습니다.

가족여행으로 가기 너무 좋은 호텔에 넓은 객실. 그리고 인덕션, 전자레인지, 식기세척기, 세탁기가 제공되어 아이가있는 집에는 최적의 호텔로 볼수있음. 단, 1층 출입구가 없어서 움직이는 동선이 꼬이는거 빼곤 다 만족했음.

위치 구조 청결 모두 좋았습니다만 처음 샤워실 배수가 원할하짙않았지만 금방 조치되었습다.

Sehr geräumiges Zimmer mit Blick auf den Strip (unbedingt darauf achten, dass man eine Wohnung in den oberen Stockwerken bekommt). Ruhige Lage und dennoch wenige Laufminuten zum Strip. Sehr gute Parkmöglichkeiten. Toller Pool.

Easy access to shopping and food options. Loved our room - large with great view of the city.

The property location is excellent!

Upon arrival check-in was really easy and to help things we were given vouchers for a couple of coffees from Starbucks or a couple of bottles of water each day. This was well received as Starbucks coffee is always a good way to start the day. We were on the 32nd floor facing south. We had wanted a north facing room but only really low floors were available. Our apartment was clean, well appointed and very comfy. With a full kitchen, living room, bathroom and bedroom (with spa bath). We had good views but mainly of the airport and some of the south end of the strip. We've stayed here before, and always think it's a good sign if someone comes back to the same place. The location is perfect, as you step outside of the Elara you enter the Miracle Mile shops with lots of places to eat, access to Planet Hollywood Casino and out onto the strip. Definitely would come back here again, but maybe not when they are preparing for the Grand Prix, as this ruins access to some places due to the roadworks and changes being made to pedestrian zones.

It could have been a good stay. When checking in the front desk said they would wave the 18.00 a day parking fee for the 8 days. When I questioned it they refused to remove it. It was the principle of the matter. You are already getting gouged going to Las Vegas for everything already. I don’t like when people don't honour their word. Wont go back. EVER!

Great mid range Vegas hotel. Loved the mid strip location. Very busy location. Easy to walk to the fancier hotels. It's hooked onto a mall, which isn't my thing, but some would like that. It was adequate in all areas, just not so many bells and whistles as other places. Also, lots of construction around getting ready for the formula 1 race, so a little confusing driving in and figuring out where to park. Front of hotel was very non-discript!

Great central location on the strip. Some convenient fast food dining options and few decent shops connected to the hotel. Appreciated the 2 free water bottles daily, however, would have been nicer to have a bottle for each person staying in the room - we had 2 adults and 2 kids! In addition, having the pool stay open beyond 8.30pm would have been more desirable, especially for families with kids, considering it is a non-casino hotel. But, overall a great stay and would visit again.

We love staying here. Always a great price and we can usually get in early.
