Great location for me. Close to my friends places.

Hi, the breakfast was pretty good basic stuff but you know the breakfast. Our hotel room has like a sticky carpet and the bathroom was plugged from like the minute. I tried to go pee. There was already a plunger in the bathroom so it’s obvious obviously a reoccurring situation when I asked if there was a washroom, I had no offer the door handle for the parking lot access was completely busted and very sketchy so somebody could just like kick in the door overall I won’t be staying there again 200 bucks for the washroom that did not work. It’s a little ridiculous and I hope they resolve their issues and clean their carpets properly and then it would be fine.

Nous sommes une famille avec deux adolescents. Lors de notre séjour, il y avait des tâches sur les couvre-lits et deux des couvre-oreillers. Il n’y avait pas de grille sur la ventilation de la salle de bain donc le mécanisme poussiéreux était visible et bruyant. Il y avait deux serviettes pour quatre personnes et l’une des serviettes était tachée. Le drain du bain et du lavabo ne se vident pas rapidement, il y a donc de l’eau qui s’accumule lors des douches et des brossage de dents. La télé ne s’ouvrait pas avec la télécommande. Il a fallu demandé de l’aide et le personnel nous a expliqué qu’il faut appuyer sur un bouton caché à l’arrière du téléviseur. Nous avons aussi une agraignée dans la salle principale et une fourmis dans le lavabo. L’état général du bâtiment démontre un besoin d’entretient (peinture écaillée, fenêtre poussiéreuse, odeur du tapis). Au niveau du service, l’accueil était bien. Le personnel nous a apporté des serviettes supplémentaires lorsque nous l’avons demandé.

I stayed here for three nights while attending my daughters' Nipissing graduation. The room was merely okay. It smelled a bit mouldy after the rain. It could definitely use a fresh coat of paint and the bathroom was starting to fall apart. However, (and for the price) everything worked as I needed it to; hence the "okay" rating. The staff is friendly and helpful. I noticed the first floor rooms all got new mattresses (they were lined up in the hallway) and mine was perfectly comfortable. They have the unique idea of giving you three different types of pillows for each bed so that you will be able to sleep well no matter how you sleep. I appreciated that. The air conditioner worked well. The room wasn't too noisy, though the air conditioner acted as a white noise machine, so I couldn't hear the street traffic, anyway. The breakfast was merely okay; nothing to write home about, but did the job. I wasn't hungry after. For anyone else staying for other reasons -- it's right downtown and walkable to most things.

Staff was very courteous and helpful. Building is pretty old still needs a lot of work and repairs. Unable to open shower; was told to "pull towards you and turn" and to stop the faucet was another skill to have. The least mistake you will get burned by hot water. The corridor to rooms is so hot.

Air conditioner was busted in my first room, and the room put me in after had a horrible mildew smell

Comfortable stay. Was hoping for more than waffles, toast and cereal for breakfast

Staff was wonderfully welcoming and helpful. Central location was great to be able to get anywhere. Bed was comfortable and housekeeping was great!

Staff are great !! Breakfast .. only warm option is waffles .Room 301 is under the 4rth floor restaurant. Very noisy

Good hotel, comfortable bed etc..: breakfast only going to 9am isn’t great though.

The hotel was ok for the price. It is need of multiple repairs that I noticed while moving through the different areas. There was breakfast but it was very minimal. I’m not saying that I wouldn’t stay here again but I would have to see what else might be available.

Everything was great. I’ll be back again!
