주요 관광지와 접근성이 아주 좋고 직원들도 모두 친절했습니다 특히 세세히 신경써주신 하우스키핑 직원께 감사드립니다 ^^ 조식당 인테리어도 멋있었고 조식도 무난했습니다 수영장을 가보지 못한건 좀 아쉽네요 다음에 또 기회가 있기를....

과거에는 유명했던 호텔이었지만 old한 느낌이 화났으며 주차 대행이 좋았습니다.

무료생수 제공 안하여 불편. 아침식사는 깔끔한 편(개인적인 취향이나, 스파쿨링 와인이 있어 좋았음). 칫솔, 면도기 제공. 고풍스러운 가든, 다소 의외였으나 주변 분위기(특히 뒷골목 방면) 있는 레스토랑 등이 있음. 직원들 친절, 주요 관광지 접근성 좋은 편이고, 중앙역까지도 도보 10분 남짓이어서, 체팔루, 아그리젠토(이상 기차), 카타니아(버스, 중앙역 통과하여 왼쪽에 위치) 이동에도 수월함. 서양인이 주축인 단체관광객이 많은 편. 추천할 만한 호텔임.

ヨーロッパの昔ながらのクラシックなサービスを提供してもらえるホテルでした　朝食メニューも種類は多くないものの、ひととおりあり質も良かったです 便利な場所にある一方でホテルの周囲は大変静かでした　要人が近くにいるらしくアーミーが24時間見張りをしていて不審者には声をかけていました

All the staff here are very friendly and helpful! The hotel is very beautiful! Great amenities here. The rooms are the perfect size, comfortable beds. Off the busy street, makes it a quiet stay! Very safe location.

Our room was both spacious and spotless. The hotel itself is gorgeous, with a big open air lobby. The included breakfast was fabulous, offering all kinds of protein and carbs. I highly recommend this hotel when staying in Palermo.

The entire Team is very friendly and professional. They made our stay very enjoyable and offered lots of help and information. The entire facility is beautiful and the room was great, clean and in very good condition. Food quality and variety are great as well as the first class service provided. Thank you for making our stay so very enjoyable.

Overall, this is a good hotel. Only because it is super large, we need to walk a long way to get to the room.

Excellent traditional European hotel with friendly, attentive staff Complimentary full breakfast, served buffet style in the dining room was delicious, including fresh squeezed local orange juice that was amazing. Very convenient location to sightseeing and restaurants.

The hotel is beautiful and well-maintained. It is in a great location and walkable to everything! We stayed in the deluxe suites and were impressed with the size and updated design. I would definitely recommend!

Great place. Shower water could have been hotter.

Not the most helpful reception , didn’t get platinum perks at all .we asked for a late check out since they didn’t upgrade we assumed we would get at least this perk but no they requested 125,- $ for that which we payed. At one point receptionist ladies even wanted to see my expedia level which i showed but still they didn’t care. Other than that hotel is an average 4 star keep expectations accordingly.

The reception staff were kind and professional at check in and gave us good recommendations for dining options in the hotel. Our room was lovely, spacious and clean. We enjoyed a very tasty dinner in the main hotel restaurant where we were greeted by friendly professional staff. The meal was delicious.

Property is of historical value. A converted convent with beautiful courtyard being well preserved. A unique hotel. Room is renovated and easy access to centre of Palermo attractions.
