The staff were always helpful and happy, the pool was great. There was a kiddie pool attached to the larger pool which was great for our kids. A/C in both the bedroom and living room that worked very well in cooling the suite. The hotel is no longer associated with the Hotel Santa Fe Nextdoor but the restaurant located in the Santa Fe was just a short walk away and super convenient. The only downside is that Google Maps routed us to the wrong address when looking for the hotel on our check in day. Otherwise great location, just across the street from the beach and many restaurants and shops down the road. Would recommend!!

Un lugar muy tranquilo, especial para relajarse. La playa al cruzar la calle, muy bien ubicado.

El servicio es de lo mejor y la alberca está siempre limpia si cambio algo puede ser el internet pero ese es un problema en todo puerto escondido no dudo en regresar

La habitación muy limpia

My double bedroom was air-conditioned, but the main room with the kitchenette was not and remained hot throughout our stay. I love the grounds of the place and the location. Far enough away from the loud clubs down the road to allow for a good night's sleep.

La habitación estaba muy limpia y amplia la cocineta tenía todo lo necesario y el personal siempre fue muy amable y atendía nuestras peticiones, a parte la ubicación era excelente nos podíamos mover con facilidad. Muy recomendable si volvería!!

La playa a dos minutos

Son muy atentos, muy amables, el lugar impecable, muy limpio. Lo único es que no está en la playa, como indica Expedia, está muy cerca, prácticamente cruzando la calle, pero si quieres estar en un camastro o más cómodo, debes pagar en algún lugar de la playa, ya sea la renta del camastro o consumir algo para que te dejen estar.

La habitación super limpia, con buen espacio, el aire acondicionado y los ventiladores funcionando a la perfección. La alberca super bien. Todo nos pareció perfecto

Esta frente a la playa de Zicatela, muy tranquilo, ambiente agradable, Bungalos bonitos y acogedores, limpios espaciosos etc.
