Pésimo check-in, muy lento, instalaciones descuidadas, varias cocas de la habitación no funcionan y el servicio de valet parking pésimo, hasta media en llevarte el auto.

El hotel ha bajado mucho su Calidad últimamente, ya ni siquiera te ofrece un café en la habitación

Habitación limpia con aire acondicionado, personal muy atento

Habitación huele a humedad , baño canceles de vidrio colgados , colchón súper incomodo y se sume de un lado , toallas manchadas, habitación 1309. Nada recomendable esa área del Hotel

Rapida atención a pequeños problemas en la regadera y se solución en el momento , buen servicio en el area del bar , muy atentos todo el personal .

Un poco descuidada las condiciones del hotel al igual que la limpieza. Servicio room service pesimo.

Buffet malísimo, estaba un evento de fútbol y le dieron prioridad por tal motivo descuidaron el servicio de los demás huéspedes

Lo único malo fue el buffet ningún día estuvo bien.

I booked in this Camino Real hotel due to its reputation for being one of the nicest chains in the country, but this one was a disappointment, its not at the level of the ones in Mexico City, the Hotel has a nice architecture and atmosphere, but the suites need a renovation URGENTLY, the carpet has a lot of stains, the bathroom shows a lot of wearing from the years of use, chairs and seats look super old and the mattress feels old. Despite it is clean, it doesn’t look very nice. The bathroom had several marble tiles are about to detach from the wall, wc has some hard water stains, the shower has limescale, the bath tub, the shower glasses cabin and the faucets controls have that mineral buildup as well. The porte-cochère has some tiles detached from the floor and it is very difficult to see the correct entrance. I hope this hotel gets the help it needs, as is a very iconic hotel brands in Mexico.

Bien ubicada y bonita, un poco difícil de acceder a la sección más nueva y un poco menos cuidada más que nada en limpieza, pero bastante bien en general.
