Due giorni meravigliosi

Bed was very hard. I did ask for a mattress topper but it was so thin that it made no difference. Paper cups in the room were disappointing. Would have expected proper cups given that we had tea and coffee making facilities. Glasses for water were also plastic. Tea and coffee were not replenished each day. Nor was the water. Only allowed for one day of your stay! The balcony was different to the photo and also close to a busy road so not relaxing. The breakfast was good with plenty of variety. The set evening meal was in a different hotel across the road and very poor. No one eating in there says it all. The manager was however very apologetic and did not charge us. Hopefully they can put this right. Reception staff were pleasant and helpful.

Vi blev meget skuffede da vi ankom og så st poolen slet ikke var en del af hotellet, men at man skulle ned ad en sidegade og op på 4. sal for at komme dertil…

Amazing stay in the Hotel Da Vinci the staff were excellent with us, nothing was a problem for them. The room was comfortable and breakfast was great, my wife is vegan and Stefano and Massimo made sure there was always plenty of options available. Thanks Hotel Da Vinci!

Vi är jättenöjda med rummet och läget i staden. Fin pool på taket med sköna solstolar. Frukosten är helt fantastisk! En av de bättre hotellfrukostar vi fått och då bor vi en hel del på hotell.

Good locations and people

Très bon accueil à la réception, notre chambre était très petite y compris le lit rendant le confort assez spartiate (notre donnait sur une petite rue où les riverains déposaient leurs poubelles) Le petit déjeuner correct à part Monsieur Davide, les serveurs n’étaient pas très cordiaux et très peu réactif.

Situato in prossimità del centro cittadino l’hotel, per essere un quattro stelle, fornisce servizi essenziali. La stanza standard, di medie dimensioni e affacciata su un giardino privato era dotata di mini frigo vuoto, tv e aria condizionata e arredata con semplicità. Manca uno specchio nella camera, sarebbe utile un bollitore. Punti di forza dell’hotel sono la pulizia accurata, la colazione con una buona scelta di dolci freschissimi e buonissimi nonché di cibi salati preparati con cura. La sera abbiamo cenato in hotel, il menu proposto era gustoso, ben servito con buon rapporto qualità/prezzo. Tutto il personale, da quello di sala a quello della reception è stato molto gentile , efficiente e professionale.

Ben curata ,colazione Ottima ,personale cortese ci ritornerei volentieri.

Very friendly staff. Parking is difficult. Lots of shopping close by. Breakfast was great.

Buona posizione pulito personale cortese. Manca kit cortesia, in bagno si trovano solo shampoo doccia e cuffia per capelli in altri hotel 4 stelle ho sempre trovato, anche balsamo crema corpo etc. Colazione con buona scelta fra dolce e salato. Parcheggio comodo

This hotel feels like luxury. Beautiful, comfortable, nice size room and spacious bathroom. The staff is terrific. Amazing breakfast and dinner (across the street) was outstanding. Can’t wait to go back!

Hôtel sympa. L'accueil de l'arrivée à été également jovial. En revanche la personne âgée avec des lunette, qui nous accueil et nous donne les croissant au petit déjeuner, est très agressif, pas mal de clients se sont également plaint, il nous demande notre numéro de chambre avec agressivité, il nous a également expliqué qu il avait pas mal de clients à gérer ! Mais nous ne comprenons pas en quoi cela nous regarde! Nous n'avons pas à subir ce genre de caractère totalement agressif et vraiment malhonnête , cette personne a crié devant les enfants etc.. C'est vraiment nul et pathétique ! Cette personne et proche de la fin, il devrait arrêter de travailler ou changer de métier !!!

Very nice and polite staff. Specially Claudio and Alissa . They were amazing for help anything we need . Great room, and YES the AC worked perfectly. Very disappointed with the breakfast, cheap and the coffee was the worse in two months . Please clean the coffee machine . So dirty I can’t believe. I mentioned to their staff a about . Inside and outside . Someone must to take care that. But is Italy . The dinner was just ok. We had once . The breakfast we had only 3 times In ten days stayed . But very close to the everything, restaurants, shops , train . And the rooms was very clean .

Sauber! Personal war auch freundlich. Interieur in die Jahre gekommen, für die Bilder im Angebot wurde etwas nachgeholfen. Die Betten waren super! Die Dusche war ein Witz weil viel zu klein. Man konnte sich nicht umdrehen. Die Lage ist sehr zentral. Das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis ist sehr gut.

Dejligt sted. Poolen på rooftoppen 4. sal var perfekt med fantastisk udsigt over byen og de omkringliggende bjerge. Dog var der ikke mange liggestole så man skal være lidt heldig for en god solvogn. Værelset var fint med god rengøring Godt med køleskab og aircondition. Byen ligger fint med gode togforbindelser til bl.a. Lucca og Firenze.

Hotel piuttosto dozzinale. Un 4 stelle solo nel nome. Un normalissimo hotel. Per raggiungere la piscina bisogna uscire dall'hotel per raggiungere un'altra struttura , povo oltre la strada. Lo stabile della piscina ( su un terrazzo, tetto) è abbandonato. Nn c è nessuno se hai esigenza di sapere qcs. Il prezzo basso è motivato da ciò. Colazione però ottima e personale gentile
