저녁에 샤워할 때 따뜻한 물이 나오지 않았습니다 직원은 친절하지 않았고 와이파이 사용법도 알려주지 않았습니다 시설은 낡었고 직원들은 이 시설을 전혀 관리하지 않는 것 같았습니다

시설이 오래되어 가격 대비 만족도는 떨어집니다. 현관문을 열고 들어가면 실내에 꿉꿉한 냄새가 나요. 그래서 베란다쪽 문과 현관문을 동시에 열어두고 10~20분 환기를 시키면 조금 괜찮아집니다. 하지만 문을 닫으면 또 꿉꿉한 냄새가 나요. 아마 커튼이나 바닥 카페트가 오래되서 그런 냄새가 나는 거 같습니다. 실내는 어둡고 많이 건조했어요ㅜㅜ 숙소 근처에 식당과 식료품점이 있으나 빨리 문을 닫아서 저녁은 호텔에 있는 식당을 아용했습니다.메뉴판 보고 주문했는데 주문하고 나면 직원이 와서 현재 그 음식은 주문이 불가하다고.. 그렇게 2~3번 하고 나니까 나중에는 뭐가 가능하냐고 물어서 주문했습니다. 음식 맛은 나쁘지도 그렇다고 추천할 정도는 아니었으나 음식 양이 많이 나옵니다. 메뉴 1개로 둘이서 먹어도 될 정도로 많이 나와요. 세탁기와 건조기는 공용이고 유료입니다.

Staff friendly and helpful. Rooms clean. Only thing that would make it better is a step/notch in shower to make it easier for us women to shave legs@

Off street parking was convenient, comfortable beds. Groceries, gas, gift shops and cafés all within walking distance.

Hotel room was okay for an overnight stay. Table needed a wipe down and only had crockery etc for 2 people when we booked for 3 people. Has a small fridge and kettle. There is nowhere to eat in the town except a few restaurants, including one at the motel.

Good breakfast

Very old motel needing modernisation. Can be noisy. Shower had some mould in corners, curtains needed replacing, one bedside lamp not working.

Room was quite large, clean and furnished nicely. Only down fall was the shower being over the bath was quite deep & had trouble getting in and out of the shower because of the height. For an older person, they would struggle badly to get in & out.

The hotel was ok but the name suggests something grander than we found. The room was very tired. The furnishings are very dated and the carpet looks like it is at the end of its lifespan. The bed was comfy but traffic noise was loud in our front facing room.

Room was spacious and clean with a comfortable bed. Furnishings are a little dated but that didn’t bother us. It was a stop off to Queenstown and met all our needs. Iron, hairdryer and tea and coffee making facilities in room. Would stay again if in area.

The hotel is nice; however, the room appears dated and would benefit from a full refurbishment to better match the overall quality of the property.

Service was fantastic

Room was large and silent facing the courtyard. Staff could have been more friendly and helpfull. The breakfast was minimal, and all too expensive.

Check in staff were friendly. Our room was large and comfortable. The property and rooms are a little dated but it suited us for a night before and after our cycle trip. Location is great, an easy walk to cafes, supermarket and the pub. An option to use the guest laundry if needed.
