직원의 친절함이 가장 좋았고 방도 깨끗하고 컸습니다. 화장실도 쾌적.

Wi-fi connection is very very poor even though this hotel is four star hotel. You can not even watch Youtube in the hotel room using wi-fi. Since I had a plan to stay this hotel more than 3 weeks for business purpose, I was looking for facility equipped with kitchen. But, this hotel is not such kind of. There is only microwave. Refrigerator is very poor. Water leaks when I was in bathtub. Water is not going out smoothly in washstand. No umbrella is available from reception. No capsule coffee. I am wondering why this hotel is categorized Four Star. I felt it is 2 or 3 star hotel.

우선 호텔 인터리어나 직원의 친절함은 괜찮은 편이나 객실내 wifi가 매우 약하며, 침대가 스프링 소리 등 편안한 침대가 아니었습니다. 그리고 주방이 있기는 하나 냉장고와 배수구, 전자레인지 하나만 있고 스토브나 조리를 할수있는 주방은 아니어서 불편하였습니다.

Aunque la experiencia en general fue buena, hay aspectos a los que el establecimiento debería prestar atención. La habitación no estaba del todo limpia (encontramos una lente de contacto pegada a la lámpara de la mesita de noche y restos de un cigarrillo tras el sofá-cama), el aire acondicionado no funcionaba y la ducha tenía una presión insuficiente.

Hôtel en plein centre avec parking en sous sol indépendant. Pas d’accès direct du parking à l’hôtel pour sortir. L’hôtel est à 100 m mais un escalier à monter avec bagages!! Pour partir on peut gagner le parking directement de l’hôtel plus pratique! L’hôtel est bien la chambre impeccable Petit déjeuner très correct

Det var meget rent. Meget sødt personale. Morgenmad var også fin.

Cet établissement est loin d’être un 4 étoiles. 2 serait plus juste. Reception stricte minimum et froid. Corridors sales. Chambres à refaire complètement - peinture refaite grossièrement à la main. Très déçu de ce Novotel !
