Always a great place for a long stay.

The room was very clean and i liked the free coffee and tea 24 hrs. Would definitely stay again.

Booked a queen suite with a separate room and a couch only to be given a room with a king bed, no separate room and a chair instead of a couch! Front desk attendant was no help! Couldn’t even provide us with a rollaway bed.

Easy check in. We were able to get into our room 30 minutes early. Room was nice for the price.

hotel overall is very clean with comfortable beds, well worth the stay.

Very clean room and bed was great. No breakfast service as this hotel is more of an extended stay. But they had a kitchen to make your own.

I put in my reservation many days before the trip and when I got to the property for check in , I was told that my three rooms were moved to another location which is 30 minutes away from the original booking location. People over paid the property for a wedding that was going on in town . The people who were having the wedding blocked off the hotel and double paid for only wedding attendees can stay at the hotel . I felt like this was unfair especially when I didn’t agree to switching locations for reservations and especially when I booked my reservation early !

The beds were comfortable & clean, check in & check out staff friendly & efficient, just not cleaned properly, mirrors dirty, night stand had stains, bathroom floor had hair on it.carpet had a bottle cap on it, if you vacuumed you would have seen it.

Nice hotel and room was clean

I thought someone was still in the first room I checked into. Dirty dishes in the dishwasher, opened bags of food in a drawer and dried spills in the fridge. There were no clothes, so whew, not in someone's room, but not going to be MY room either! Went back to desk and was given a different room. Housekeeping had finished the room, so much better condition, although the floor was gritty when I walked on it. Overall, the rest of the room was clean though. There were only 2 spoons, forks, knives, cups, bowls, plates, etc. in the room. Not many, when you consider you are using utensils and dishes for each meal. I ended up buying paper plates and plastic cutlery to cut down on running the dishwasher very often. It is unfortunate that the non smoking policy does not carry out into the gazebo. Basically, the gazebo was the smoking room. Anytime anyone was using it, they were smoking. Makes it very unappealing for non smokers. Same with the area outside the front door. It gives a bad impression when staff hangs around the door to grab a quick smoke - not to mention it forces people to walk thru their smoke cloud. The towels were nice, bed and pillows comfy and chair and little side table very convenient. This is a nice hotel with a few things that make it not as nice. Would I stay there again, yes. Just wish those few things were different.
