We felt the hotel was homey and the hospitality was great! Location is not in the city center, but that ' s good, because some parts of the city center are notorious for being unsafe. The location is safe and they provide free shuttle buses to the V&A waterfront. Highly recommended!

No water in the room and they don't provide even request under member card because we booked through agency. So bad mind set of service.
