위치도 좋고, 가격도 괜찮고, 직원들도 친절하고, 대중교통 이용도 편리합니다.

호텔은 매우 편리한 중심가에 위치해 있지만, 객실 청소 직원이 없었고 세면도구도 부족했습니다.

훌륭한 위치와 넓은 객실

시타딘에서의 경험이 너무 좋았습니다. 모든 직원분들께 감사드립니다.

객실은 넓고 깨끗했으며, 직원들은 친절하고 도움이 많이 되었고, 엘리베이터도 빨랐습니다. 위치도 최고였습니다. 다만 객실 조명이 제 취향에는 조금 어두웠는데, 이건 제 개인적인 취향 차이일 수도 있겠네요.

호텔 직원분들도 친절하고, 객실도 넓고, 객실 내 편의시설도 완벽해서 편안하게 묵을 수 있었습니다. 다음에 멜버른에 간다면 시타딘 온 버크에 다시 묵을 생각입니다.

호텔 직원이 별로 친절하지 않고,

중심부에 위치. 멜버른에 올 때마다 항상 여기 묵습니다.

매우 친절하고 도움이 되는 직원. 위치가 매우 중심적입니다. 호텔 앞에 무료 트램이 있습니다. 놀랍습니다. 멋진 수영장과 사우나도 좋습니다. 멜버른에 올 때마다 꼭 여기에 머물 것입니다.

First time stay at Citadines on Bourke St. I used to stay at Somerset Elizabeth, but they closed now, so I choose Citadines. Very strategic location, just in front tram stop, and you can walk less than two blocks to Swanston St, or you can catch tram. The receptionist lady (I forget the name, but looks like new staff, very polite and helpful). Definitely will stay here for the next visit.

Spacious room, the receptionist was incredibly nice. Love the kraemer made in pare amenities.

Spacious, comfy, good for longer stay as they have got all the household thing such as kitchenware, iron board. The only negative thing was we were told that our room was upgraded but the room we got actually disabled-friendly. Thus the toilet was designed with just the curtain and the draining was very poor, causing flood after 2nd person taking shower.

Kamar bersih dan fasilitasnya sangat baik. The staf were very caring. Overall, we hada a pleasant stay.

benar-benar di pusat kota.. banyak makanan di sekitarnya. dan tempat pemberhentian tram persis didepan hotel. kamar luas, cocok untuk keluarga dengan anak-anak karena ada microwave, dishwasher dan tempat cuci yang luas. pelayanan sangat pemgertian, karena cuaca dingin saya diberi early check in.
