아침 식사가 깔끔하고 직원들 응대가 좋았어요.

샤워기 고장, 난방시설 고장 등으로 너무 추웠습니다. 4성급이라고 하기엔 좀 아쉽네요. 위치는 좋습니다.

Frühstücksbuffet war etwas gewöhnungbedürftig

Perfect hotel in the perfect location. Restaurant on site, easy access to all the nice sites. It’s all positive. There is nothing that needs to be changed. They’re doing a fantastic job.

Generelt var jeg lidt skuffet. Personalet var søde og imødekommende da vi kom og hjælpsomme hele vejen igennem. Vi var i god tid før indtjekningstid, så vi fik bagagen opmagasineret og fik anvist et toilet. De var pæne og nydelige, men desværre med en ret stram kloaklugt. Vores værelse var lidt træt. Træborde der var frønnede fordi der måtte have løbet en del vand ned over dem. Kaffeskålen var tom og desværre var badeværelset ikke rent. Bord og vask fejlede ingenting, men gulvet var langt fra rent. Gammelt støv og mange sort hår. Morgenmaden... vi blev mætte, men lige lidt kedelig. Vi var nødt til selv at bede om at få ost, da fadet var tomt. Så lidt øv. Placeringen gjorde det hele noget værd. Fantastisk centralt og i nem gåafstand fra alt. Det vandt hotellet klart på.

Hotel situato in pieno centro; ho scelto questo hotel perchè è uno dei pochi che non ha moquettes nelle camere. La colazione è abbastanza buona e molto variegata dal dolce al salato. Le camere sono recenti per cui abbastanza moderne e spaziose al punto giusto. Lo conosiglio vivamente perchè sofia è abbastanza piccola e da questo hotel ci si può muovere tranquillamente a piedi.

Great Euro hotel within walking distance of most sights in central Sofia. A great hub for a nice day(s) in the capital. Convenient to drive to, with parking directly beside the hotel. Rooms were clean and QUIET. Sofa bed was of good Quality. Staff were helpful with dinner recommendations. Breakfast was very good. Reviewer: 55y.o. With teenagers from US.

hotel lobby and breakfast was good, rooms are very small but practical, bathroom is extremely small, but OK for short stays. Pity: Cleaning of bathroom was OK, but forgotten to take away old and wet towel of previous guest (still hanging on door inside bathroom)

Property overall a bit oldie! And my suggestion to clean the piping in the bathroom its moldy very dangerous and look so gross. Other than that everything is good from the desk personnel to the dining I’m very satisfied.

Upon check in receptionist very rude. Room was not terribly clean and shower pan did not drain. Had to ask for shower gel as run out. Pretty poor for a 4 star hotel. My colleague had to change rooms, as air conditioning did not work, not great in 42 degree heat. Also, same problem with shower and room Not properly cleaned. Excellent location and let down with above.

Short (6-hour) layover between flights. Were given the ‘handicapped room’. It wasn’t needed, but, that was what we were given. Not close to ADA specs. No turn-around area in room, only bathroom. No room for transfer from chair to bed, if needed. It was an all were bathroom, but the flooring was same as rest of flooring and extremely slippery when wet, and pretty much everything gets wet during shower. We only had a total of 5-1/2 hours for dining, shower and sleep before transfer to IS, and being next to the elevator and right off of reception was noisy. Attached restaurant was much better than expected. It is a hold and warm type kitchen, but the outcome was quite pleasant. Service was good.

Hotellet var fint rent over det hele. Værelset efterlod noget at ønske. Måske vi ikke var obs. tilbuddet. Udsigt til baggård i stue højde, ikke så godt, da det var utrygt at sove med åbne vinduer.
