Parfait

It was a very bad experience. There was a constant smell of urine near the door of our apartment, and nothing was done about it. Additionally, the rooftop pool was dirty and unusable, and there was no alternative pool available. The area itself was also not very nice. Overall, it was the worst experience. Whenever we needed assistance during our stay at Real Marina Residence, there was no contact person available. At check-in, which took place at the Real Marina Residence SPA, they told us that they had nothing to do with the apartments and that they were only responsible for the check-in, nothing else.

We stayed in the apartment this summer, and while we were very pleased with the friendly and helpful staff, we unfortunately encountered several serious issues with the apartment itself. Sofa bed – The wooden supports for the mattress repeatedly came loose during the night, and the mattress itself was extremely thin, making it uncomfortable even for our 7-year-old to sleep on. Pest problem – We found small cockroaches and silverfish in both the bathroom and kitchen. This was concerning as they could easily have gotten into our bags and food, creating potential problems after our return home. Safety hazard for our child – Our 9-month-old, who crawls, found a loose doorstop on the floor and put it in his mouth. Thankfully, we noticed in time. While maintenance responded quickly by gluing a new one in place, the old part was left on the floor, creating the same hazard again. This could have been life-threatening. We take the usual precautions for child safety (e.g., with electric outlets), but loose furniture or fixtures are not something guests should have to check for themselves.

Great location in Olhão, with partial sea views and a spacious balcony. The one-bedroom apartment is suitable for a small family or couple. The furniture needs updating, the apartment needs maintenance, and the kitchen lacks many of the basic cooking utensils. I wasn’t satisfied 100% of my five-day stay because, I thought they provided daily cleaning, fresh towels, and amenities, even though it was all paid for! The reception staff were very polite always, with one word on their mouth whenever I asked about anything: the apartment has nothing to do with the hotel services, and you have to pay extra 20€ to have towels or any extra amenities.

It was super, the Pool area can be a Little Bit better & nicer. Only one umbrelka für 6 flats is too less.

Il fallait juste savoir que le check-in a lieu à la réception de l'hôtel Real Marina Hôtel and Spa. Sinon, rien à dire quant à la qualité de l'hébergement.

Fantastic apartment really spacious spotless and had everything you needed for a stay. There are restaurants and bars within a short walk and faro old town is a short cab journey away.

Amazing great value high class apartment but needed slightly better cleaning and small details such as a tea towel and an extra bun bag. Fantastic views

Nous avons passé un mois très agréable dans un appartement deux chambres, spacieux, bien situé, très tranquille. Merci aux employés de la réception du Real Marina Hôtel qui sont là pour nous accueillir et répondre à nos besoins. Nous nous sommes sentis comme à la maison.

Access to town and lots of space.

What a wonderful place to stay at. Loved it soo much, will be going back again. So spacious and clean, suitable for solo travelers, couples or families it is wonderful. Highly recommend.
