The front desk employee made check-in easy. On entering the property there are no clear signs directing you where to check in. The room was clean and comfortable.

Sink backed up in the middle of the night so I woke up to standing water. Couldn’t go to the bathroom, shower, shave or brush my teeth. No clerk or manager onsite. Security did not pickup the phone. I had to leave for a job so I could not stay waiting around. Terrible experience

Great staycation option!

Very convenient free parking, quiet, restful, and a very helpful staff. I would stay here again.

It was just a short stopover, but was convenient to where we we to attend a function. Great dining in the area, Thai and a little Mom and Pop Cafe named Janets. We were on the lower floor and as luck would have it the first night noise from upstairs seemed never ending until about 11 pm. I do not know how that could be remedied to reduce noise for the lower level rooms.

It was a nice old hotel. They’re trying to upgrade it. The shower didn’t work. You couldn’t turn the shower off to take a bath and it was poor lighting and the TV was pretty small and far away but overall it was OK for the price. it was little much

Motel 6 on a golf course. Over priced and not very many options in the vicinity, old building and rooms, dirty rug carpet like in an old restaurant, run down, poor water pressure. Will work if your in a pinch.

This is a good place to stay in Santee. The service was great at the hotel, restaurant, cleaning people, and at the golf course. It's quiet and fairly modern. Parking is easy and abundant. The bed is on the firm side, which wasn't great for us, but I know a lot of people like that. The food at the restaurant is very good and priced fairly. The golf course isn't int he best shape. the greens are great, but the rest of the course has a lot of gopher problems. The tee boxes are very uneven. That being said the price is worth a round or two while you're there.

We were well taken care of.

Had to leave the second night because the power went out! I couldn’t see anything it was very unsafe and uncomfortable. No light to see anything in your room is not right.

Stayed 3 nights- last night the power went out at 8pm or so - nobody there - no backup - no phone- no backup light in the room zip nada - can’t believe that’s the first time this has happened

It was amazing. Behind the gates and I never wanted to leave. The golf course was phenomenal and the resort was just as fantastic. Already booked my wife's birthday trip for next year here!

Donald who was my first point of contact was NOT welcoming at all, his customer service is the worse. Arrived Monday didn’t receive WiFi until Saturday this was after spending a total of at least 3 hours on the phone with Cox over 3-days. The Donald refused to contact them. The room was awful the bed was worn and sunken in the door let’s everyone know your status in the room the curtains do not close this place is sooo outdated and worn a 1’ crack under the door for all types of crawly creatures this place is the worse along with its customer service

Customer service was great! The room appeared clean upon entering however, there was an empty water bottle under the seat in the room by the bathroom, and the comforter had dried blood on it that we didn’t notice until we were stripping the bed to leave. My husband and I both checked everywhere and the blood was not from either of us. The bed was very comfortable, the grounds of the hotel were kept clean, and it was a cozy cute place! Overall, good stay! Just found things that could have been better!

We have stayed here many times. Its a good location for our needs. Its clean. The pool area is nice however, the sectional sofa is disgustingly dirty. We layed towels over it just to sit on it. The restaurant is good. We really enjoy having our meals on the outdoor patio overlooking the golf course. The entire staff at the resort are very friendly. The bedding is comfortable but the rooms are very outdated. The walls are dark and the furniture clean but worn. There is no convenient bedside place to plug your phone in. The in room refrigerator is great to have.
