The room is well-decorated. And the host is kind. But the room was little noisy. My room was outdoor A/C unit view. I was surrounded by them. So that machines made a lot of noise. There is no E/V.... and the stairs ate complicated. If you have big luggage, you should think again to stay here. And one more thing, bathroom floor was not clean and was slippery though I didn't spoiled anything.

The Hotel and room were lovely. There was no one on Reception when we arrived and we had to phone a number and wait. The room itself was lovely. We then had a concern that the shower was not hot enough, and were told it would be looked into. The problem was not corrected.

Location was great for what I needed

The Angel was the perfect place to stay for our visit to Guildford. Close to everything, a short walk to anywhere we wanted to go. The hotel itself is absolutely charming. Our room was very nicely appointed with a comfortable bed and separate sitting area, and unlimited restocking of coffee, tea and waters. The staff was a pleasure to deal with, always eager to assist. We would definitely stay again and we strongly recommend it to all!

ギルフォードのハイストリートにある風格漂うプチホテル。 駅からも徒歩10分以内。スーツケースを引きずっても苦にならない距離でした。 お城、サリー大学、美味しい飲食店、お洒落なショップ、スーパーも徒歩圏内でギルフォードの全てを踏破できました。 ホテル内は貴族の館のような雰囲気です。 重厚な家具に、お花がいたるところに飾られていて、大変きれいに保たれていました。 お部屋も大変広く驚きました。 裏部屋でしたが、窓も大きく、明り取りも十分です。 お紅茶なども色々おいていただき、とても楽しめました。 お湯が出ないコメントが散見されましたので恐れていましたが、私の滞在中は、火傷しそうなくらい熱いお湯が十分に出ました。 おぞらく、ロンドンですと、3倍近い宿泊料金なるかと思います。 スタッフの方もどの方も大変親切で、気持ちよい滞在となりました。 ギルフォードへ行かれる方には、ぜひお勧めしたいです。

Very different from the usual fare, being old and quaint. However, we had no complaints with the standard of the room, being larger than usual, or with the service.

The floor in our bedroom creaks alarmingly when walked on. My concern was not for safety, as I am quite sure it is safe, but I felt extremely embarrassed about the noise being heard downstairs! When unpacking and repacking I needed to keep going in and out of the bed area and around and around the. Ed many times and the noise it makes is horrendous. I appreciate that this is not a modern build (God forbid because that would probably be worse) but the problem is excessive and not something I would expect at the prices charged.

The Bathroom Basin Hot Tap flow was virtually non existant...very,very,very,slow in delivery which was minimal. The Bath Shower Mixer was broken causing great inconvenience not having a hand held Showering facility to avoid using the overhead seperate Shower and getting hair wet.

Easy check in, spacious rooms with tv in bedroom and lounge, lovely large bathroom with deep bath and walk in shower. Great location however, be mindful that the road is closed as a pedestrian walkway from 0900 but this isn’t a problem as there are parking facilities close by and for me as a blue badge holder there were plenty of spaces close enough. Would recommend this hotel to friends and family.

Rooms was great, but the shower plug was blocked which caused some limited flooding which I cleaned up.
