The property was in excellent condition and the staff was very helpful. However, the 4 o'clock check-in was a nightmare because everyone was trying to get into the building at once. If the room check in times were staggered it would be better on everyone.

Our stay was great at Summit and friendly people .room was nice and clean .

I paid for the cleaning and they never came to clean

We loved the room and the location communication prior to our arrival was off, I was sent a Code for the door then the day we were traveling was sent an email saying they need a CC on file which is fine but on the drive down wasn’t the time to be doing that due to cell service issues. We loved being on the 14th floor but the elevators at the resort were horrible they only had 2 and they were constantly breaking down and so hot inside. The pool isn’t open after dark and doesn’t open until 8 a.m so that was also disappointing. Other than that we enjoyed our stay.

This unit is old but was clean. It is not 2 bathrooms like we were told. It is a bath and a half, with a flimsy door btw the toilets that doesn’t close all the way. The bedroom (only one bedroom) is on the parking lot end. There are 2 bunks along the hallway, so not set up for 2 adult friends

Room had several things wrong with it floors so dirty when you wore white socks they turned black they closed pool at 5 when all the signs said 10 very rude people working on property

Despite the wind coming across the golf, we had an amazing time!!⛱️⛱️

It was very nice but they only gave 1 face towel and the tv channels were hard to search for. The toilet was kind of loud when flushing and there were no stoppers for the tub or the kitxhen sink. Overall, I enjoyed it and it was a reasonable rate so we will be back very soon!!

Our room was nice and clean. Had a great time here!

We love it at the Summit! Right on the beach with 2 huge pools. They have a Tiki bar and Bikini Bobs to grab lunch. Our room was great.

Place was dirty and rundown. Never sent a property manager to inspect the place when we called requesting a move right away. We stayed one night. There was not even a shower curtain in the bathroom. Ceiling was flaking, furniture and curtains stained, not properly cleaned. It was not equipped or maintained. it was not fit to be rented out to guests for a week. We left after one night as it was too late to find something else by the time we arrived that night.

So much entertainment options when you want to spend time away from the beach or pool.

That it had a bar! And multiple pools for the kids! And it had 2 amazing hot tubs

Extremely dirty, and not healthy to stay in. Found black mold under sitting area in living room. Had some type of moisture and water issue, there was two dehumidifiers in the unit. Walls were separating from moisture, a lot of tile was coming up, and plenty wall damage. Didn’t appear to be cleaned, we had to buy bleach to clean mold, after checking in, we searched around for another unit and couldn’t find one so we had to stay there.

Waited 24 hours for AC Had NO wifi the whole stay. Remotes didn’t work despite new batteries

The condo lacked basic ammenties (toilet tissue) the big towels were not cleaned and there was no face towels. The communication was poor with front desk. The locks didn't work on the bedroom door. Security gave a hard time.

The location was amazing. The parking lot and staff were also great. The building does need some updating but I believe they are working on that. We will definitely stay here again.

It was very dirty room. Toilet and room was not clean and sand was everywhere.

Check out time is too early. After 5 pm no car parking passes allocated. The room needs upgrades.
