전체 평가 및 리뷰 Capri on Fenton

I am Korea traveller. I stayed here for two nights. I recommend this inn due to kind host and well arranged room condition. Sometimes, some host at another hotel/motel has complained for some request like tour arrangement from visitor. It is very important for people from different cultures. Such a host never know the reason why we are asking it. (Imagine someone who can speak English then they come to different cultures not use English. it is not easy to talk with tour company by phone) But the host in this inn showed heartwarming hospitality to the end. In addition to room is well arranged. every day clean with new towl.

Reasonable price but old

ok overall, nothing special, spa was a bit dated.

Nice people, friendly cats and room. My only negative was not having a separate shower. Otherwise, very comfortable.

C'était notre deuxième sejours à Capri on Fenton et tout s'est encore très bien passé. Le spa extérieur privé et toujours appréciable autant pour les enfants que pour les adultes. L'accueil du gérant est toujours aussi sympathique et bienveillant. Bref super séjours ! Je recommande.

It is conveniently located for sight seeing. The staff are very friendly and helpful

Parking is provided on site right in front of our room of which is really great. We have issue in finding lots of ants in the kitchen when we checked in. Staff gave us ant killer and that helped a little bite. We were able to find them came and gone during our two days stay. That happened to us in another location in New Zealand during our 2 weeks trip. It may be ant is very common here. Overall our experience of staying in this property is good. Rooms are spacious and clean. Lots of eateries nearby and we also got groceries from the local supermarkets.

Staff very helpful. Rooms are dated but clean. Bed comfortable. Towels clean but had bleach and other stains on them. Adequate supplies

The Capri was a beautiful,clean & friendly place to stay. I would not hesitate to use Capri again. However I would book it on my own not through EXPEDIA WHO IM VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH.

Great location for staying in Rotorua

Very quiet motel. Definitely need a car if staying here as not close to restraunts etc. Beds not so comfortable.

Great place forgot to ask gor a accessible room but was changed to one as soon as they saw me

Morgen was good to deal with. Facilities were good; especially, the laundry was useful. It was very convenient to get to the places that we wanted to visit.

The unit is spacious, clean, quiet with easy parking right outside. It has everything we need. Can't really fault it. Just wish we could stay longer. Will definitely come back.
