Looked a bit old fashioned but loved to stay here as I rather prefer family run independent hotel than big chain hotels. Breakfast was also great and more than others, members of their staff were incredibly helpful.

Great hotel and would definitely recommend staying. Parking is a nightmare buf luckily we managed to get a space in car park by palm court hotel. £13 for 24hours. We didn't have a breakfast so cannot comment. Only things id suggest is small fridge in the room.

Comfortable bed, some noise from people on the landing as there was a gap at the bottom of the door but this was only a minor inconvenience. Friendly staff, plenty of teacand coffee in the room too.

Arrived but unable to park near the property which was a concern due to mobility issues despite stating self parking available. Bedroom was well equipped but small. Did not have breakfast so cannot comment. For the price we paid, it would have been better if it did come with some breakfast !

Grumpy check in. Looked at me like I was a turd on the bottom of his shoe if they had a bar. Not very pleasant at all.

Well located clean and tidy hotel; but the lift (next to our room) was both noisy and antiquated

Lovely little hotel, very central to town. We chose the hotel as we were there for a festival at the Spa, it is just a few minutes away from Scarborough Spa. The staff are friendly and very kind. Plenty of restaurants and cafes around, and it's just a short stroll to the beach. The hotel also provides earplugs as the seagulls can get rather loud.

Almost a home from home, clean room, comfortable bed, lovely breakfast served by friendly staff that couldn't do enough for you. Also a surprise Easter chocolate gift. It will be my first consideration when returning to Scarborough.

Very clean and well looked after, everything you needed, good breakfast, friendly staff . Room a little on small side but a very large generous Lounge .

Very good stopped here before like it then so returned
