Beautiful, unique hotel in a central location. Friendly, helpful staff. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful rooms, love the space and layout or rooms and balcony. The front staff upon check in was super friendly, and the amenities were lovely. However the balcony and patio doors could be seen by all other people from the buildings surrounding (like people could see into our room - we didn't realize this until the next morning). The other thing was that even though we paid in full ahead of time (through Expedia) they went to charge us upon checkout and for a much lower price than we paid - which was supposed to be a better deal.

We had a wonderful time at The Ivy. Such a cool, quiet spot. This boutique was totally different than a hotel. Super clean, excellent staff and a great breakfast delivered to our door. Would give The Ivy a “12” on a scale of 1-10. Would definitely return!

This hotel is amazing in terms of comfort in the room. Beds are so comfortable, breakfast pastries lovely each morning which were delivered to our room. Centrally located with a lovely secret bar , we would definitely stay again.

I had stayed at the hotel last year and had a wonderful experience so came back with friends. We had another great experience. The breakfast was delicious. And the ability to make tea/coffee anytime was a big plus. The rooms were also lovely and spacious.

10/10 – Absolutely Amazing Stay! I had an incredible experience at this hotel. From start to finish, everything was perfect. The room was beautiful and the bed was unbelievably comfortable—I slept like a dream. Parking was super easy with a separate garage nearby, and the location couldn’t have been more convenient—just a short, easy walk to the concert venue. The breakfast was outstanding, and the tub in the room was such a treat—perfect for unwinding. Honestly, I can’t recommend this place enough. 10 out of 10, I’d stay here again in a heartbeat!

From the moment we arrived, the service was spectacular. This was one of the best spots we've stayed in. The room is large and comfortable. The bed, well beyond spectacular. One of the best ever. The room is so quiet, and the balcony, its rare, and awesome. The food from the restaurant was magnificent. We spent a bit of time in the little secret lounge which was an awesome find. Oh, and the ice cream...to die for. Again, probably one of the best stays we've had. This is a jewel.

This was a unique and interesting place to stay and we had a great time. Loved our room. The continental breakfast left something to be desired for sure. It was presented nicely but the quality of most of the items was low.

This hotel is a gem! The room is essentially a studio apartment. The bathroom cannot be beat. Highly walkable area, amazing restaurant in the lower part of the building. The icing on the cake is that breakfast is delivered to the door each morning and includes fresh, homemade pastries. I cannot recommend this hotel enough.

The Ivy was a lovely place to stay. It has 4 rooms that are just what you want in a hotel room. Tucked away with a Michelin star restaurant. Walkable to theaters. Fairly easy parking. You’ll have to walk for a wee bit from parking to hotel. The balcony/terrace was fabulous. I will hopefully stay longer next time.

The hotel was perfect, the only complaint we have is the parking lot that the hotel receptionist recommended to us, at her suggestion we moved the vehicle from an uncovered parking lot to a covered one because she suggested it and she indicated that it was safe, when we arrived at the parking lot in the morning the receptionist informed us that someone had entered the vehicle during the night and when we checked we realized that several things and money had been stolen, the only thing that seemed strange to us was that the receptionist asked us for the vehicle's license plate number. We will report this to the police

Staff are so friendly and helpful. 5 star service. Hotel is a great boutique find and would not hesitate to stay again. Area is a little sketchy but only for a block or so. Didn’t feel unsafe but uncomfortable at times after dark.

An excellent, beautiful, luxurious hotel. Only four rooms. A real secret in downtown Toronto. Best beds you will ever sleep in. I could go on.
