The room we stayed in had hair left in the bathroom all on the floor and in the shower. There was ripped hole on our pillow case. Also the spa services were alot harder to book than what was advertised. Overall it's about a 3/5 stars from me.

Bien dans l'ensemble mais dommage que des hordes de collégiens italens par moment viennent pour profiter de la piscine de l'hôtel et du dîner (en particulier une journée), cela gâte le standing de l'hôtel.

Avevamo prenotato per Hotel Riviera, ma arrivati era chiuso con foglio che avvisava di recarsi presso reception grandHitel Portorose. Con tutte le facilità di comuyavrei gradito ricevere una mail o simile per avvisarci del cambio Hotel. Per il resto tutto bene

Hotel molto bello e ristrutturato da pochissimo centralissimo e con accesso alle terme. Personale alla rec eption fantastico... nota negativa la pulizia delle camere lasciava a desiderare (cambiate le cameriere ai piani)troppo distratte ....

This is one of six hotels on the street - you don't which hotel you will be in until you arrive. Bad The AC in the rooms is poor - we changed rooms twice and the lowest it would go to (after many hours) was 24 deg C. Sweaty sleeping. No loungers at the beach (as advertised in the listing) unless you want to play a daily fee. Should be included for hotel guests. Ridiculous sign in (security) for indoor pools (each person must have their own room card and also sign out with it. Multi gendered change room for pools does not work - needs separate change rooms for privacy. Good Breakfast Staff tried their best to help us with the AC issue, but it was a building system issue that they could not fix. Chairs available on pool deck at hotel or sub lounging. Property, for the price is not worth it.

Parkplatz war überbucht, wir mussten nebenan für 18€ statt 12€ im Hotel parken. Die Mehrkosten wurden uns nicht erstattet. Wir haben ein Doppelzimmer Schlafcouch gebucht. Hatten jedoch 2 Einzelbetten und eine kleine Couch bekommen. Dafür mit super Meerblick. Zimmer wirken wie aus den 70er Jahren.

Please avoid, this is a scam, travelled a month through Europe and this was the only terrible experience. They must scam the rating system, because they are over 4 stars, was lazy and booked based on that, later saw the reviews and regretted. Booked two nights but left after one. Dirty bathroom, rude staff, 30 year old carpet

Das Hotel ist soweit in Ordnung, Die Einrichtung, besonders das Bad ist Renovierungsbedürftig. Duschrahmen rostig!

L'arredamento è vecchio e la camera veramente piccola. Prezzo troppo alto per un hotel che si definisce a quattro stelle. Deludente

Rooms need substantial renovation. I haven't used usual keys for hotel rooms for many years.

Nie wieder

Bel hôtel, mériterait d’être modernisé. Chambre quelconque, vendue comme donnant sur le parc mais en fait face à un mur de béton. Très belle salle, grande avec hauteur sous plafond pour le petit déjeuner. Petit déjeuner copieux, beaucoup de choix.

Personale molto disponibile sia in hotel che in tutto il resto del complesso Life Class casinò compreso... Camere confortevoli anche se personalmente abolirei la moquette...La colazione super c'è veramente di tutto e in quantità...mentre la cena non era granché seppure ci fosse molta scelta ma si sa bene che all'estero non si mangia come in Italia!!

Der Thermenbereich ist zwar groß, wird aber von sehr vielen Gästen benutzt. Dementsprechend sind zu wenig Liegen vorhanden und sehr viele Menschen im Pool.
