전체 평가 및 리뷰 Hotel Shinsaibashi Lions Rock

ห้องพักดีคะ ไม่กว้างมาแต่ไม่อึดอัด จัดสรรพื้นที่ภายในดี กางกระเป๋า29”ได้2ใบเลยคะ มีเครื่องฟอกอากาศให้ พี่พัดลมให้ยืมใช้ได้ ห้องน้ำก็ไม่เล็กไปคะ น้ำไหลแรงดี พนักงานบริการดีคะ ยิ่งพนักงานทำความสะอาดจะมาเคาะห้องช่วงสายๆว่าเราจะทำห้องมั้ย พร้อมเอาน้ำมาให้ มีร่มให้ยืม (อาจจะเป็นร่มที่แขกไม่แบกกลับคะ เพราะเราก็ซื้อแล้วก็เอาไว้ให้โรงแรม) หวีที่แจกในห้อง มีแจกอีกตรงล้อบบี้ หวีเค้าดีนะคะ โดยรวมประทับใจคะ อยู่ใกล้ทุกสิ่งอย่าง สะดวกมาก ถ้ากลับไปโอซาก้าอีก กลับไปพักแน่นอนคะ (ชอบตรงมีหน้าต่าง ทำให้ห้องโล่งและมีแสงแต่งหน้าทุกวันคะ☺️)

Hotelnya dari depan terlihat tidak seperti hotel karena 1 gedung dengan club. Tapi begitu masuk ke lobby kita disambut kelinci super lucu. Begitu check in as always jam 3 sore kita diminta pasport semua yang menginap. Lalu kita dibukakan buku tata tertib di hotel tersebut. Tata tertibnya adalah 1.Lantai kamar tidak boleh kotor atau basah ( denda 4000¥ ). 2.Kunci kamar harus dititipkan hotel bila kita keluar untuk jalan". 3. Tidak boleh makan atau minum di lobby hotel 4. Check out jam 10pagi lebih dari itu 10-11am denda 3000¥ 11-12 4000¥ selebihnya dikenakan tarif 1 hari. 5. Penitipan koper hanya sampai jam 3 sore, lebih dari itu 1jam 3000¥ 2jam 4000¥ dan seterusnya. Dan begitu mau ke kamar lampu lorong warna hijau kekuningan remang" seperti hotel melati. Kunci kamar pakai kunci biasa bukan kartu. Kalo bisa pilih kamar yang no smoking ya. But overall kamar hotelnya bersih kok. Kamar mandi dan toilet beda tempat. Saya pesan yang untuk 5 orang dan kamarnya luas. 2 bed besar dan 1 single bed. Don't jugde book by its cover right😊

The room is clean and easy to find restaurant

The room is so old and I feel misty. We check out right away after check in because we don’t feel like sleeping there. The lift is broken and its so scary. The room is dusty. The sofa bed was old and dusty. The lamps if off!! Urgh. From the street to the lobby there’s no baggage way or elevator so we must carry our heavy luggage through stairs which is more than 10 steps and it sucks. Will not recommend this to anyone.

Hotel strategis cuma kamarnya agak sempit, stafnya ramah-ramah.

Location is great. Near dotonbori & shinsaibashi. The room is a little bit small but it was enough and cozy. I really enjoyed my stay.

Hotelnya sangat strategis dan banyak restoran, kafe, dan pusat pembelanjaan. Staf hotel juga ramah dan sangat helpful.

Pelayanan sangat tidak ramah mampersulit check-in kelebihan anak kecil dipermasalahkan.

I had a great time there. Very easy to get centre of Dontonburi. Room very clean. Good location.

Hotel mengharuskan saya membayar 4000 yen per malam untuk anak kedua padahal saya bawa bayi, ruangan kamar apek dan bau seperti tidak terawat.

Strategis dekat kemana-mana dan fasilitas bagus.

Lokasinya berada di pusat keramaian, dekat dari dotonbori, kamarnya nyaman.

I couldn't say bad nor great. The access to station is pretty far. This hotel is full of rules and how the staff clean up the room also bad. I stay for 3 day and I only get the mineral water at the second day and third. The room is enough also if you have 3 big luggage. Anyway thanks!

Not a recommended hotel ever. Why? The hotel and the room are totally different with the picture. I booked a room that is supposed to be for 3 people (1 double bed and 1 twin bed), and we are 2 adults and 1 child (7 years old), but they charge us for the child! And the price was kind of the same for 1 room price, doesn't make sense. Cause as I know every hotel doesn't charge for kids under 12 years old. They didn't give us a drinking water on the 1st day, when I ask for the water they just say we won't get water for the 1st day, just wait for tomorrow. Like what?? I paid and I didn't even get water. The air conditioner control is broken so you can't control the temperature. The beds are so so bad, I could say it's already broken bed, it's so uncomfortable. Last but not least the receptionist is not polite at all. Did not even give us a smile nor greeting since we arrived. The way they answer us is totally disrespectful, as she wants to explain us the rules of the hotel, she just holds a paper in her hand and tell us "you read” with the finger pointing to the paper. So we left in the morning and ask them to make up our room, but when we came back, it's like oh my God. They are so not professional! They just put the messy folded blanket on our bed. That's it. Just 1 thing I like from this hotel, it's that they have a rabbit in their lobby, it's kinda cute so thanks to the rabbit to calm down my anger and disappointment.

Kurang bersih, kita makan roti di lobby pagi pagi langsung dilarang padahal sarapan tidak disediakan disuruh makan di luar .

It was a nice stay! Nice room and welcome staff. English is okay! And you can find a cute rabbit at the lobby. Near from Namba station and Dōtonbori!

그 지역은 사람이 많고, 음식도 많으니 배고픔을 걱정할 필요는 없습니다. 손님의 도착을 환영하는 토끼가 있습니다.

It's an old hotel. The bed was hard. Quite a walk from the tourist spot.

Good place, easy to find and near from shinsaibashi station and shinsaibashisuji, etc
