Unser Aufenthalt im Hotel Bella Riva am Gardasee war schlicht hervorragend. Vom ersten Moment an hat einfach alles gepasst – wunderschöne Lage, stilvolles Ambiente und ein Service auf höchstem Niveau. Das Nachtessen war absolut spitze – kreativ, hochwertig und geschmacklich ein echtes Erlebnis. Jeder Gang war perfekt abgestimmt und mit viel Liebe präsentiert. Auch das Frühstück war für uns das Beste überhaupt: riesige Auswahl, frische Produkte und eine Qualität, die keine Wünsche offen lässt. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir das gesamte Personal. Alle Mitarbeitenden waren unglaublich freundlich, aufmerksam und herzlich. Man fühlt sich jederzeit willkommen und bestens umsorgt. Ein Hotel zum Wohlfühlen und Geniessen – wir kommen ganz bestimmt wieder!

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Das ganze Hotel ist sauber, neu und gut geführt. Alle Mitarbeiter sind freundlich um zuvorkommend. Der Pool war 1a. Direkt am See!

Amazing hotel. We slept in the apartments building because we were four but im sure the rooms are even better! Garden and pool and access to the lake are all mind blowing. Breakfast is nice and rich!

Spectacular property and staff with magnificent views of Lake Garda, wonderful drinks and meals.

From the moment we arrived we were greeted with an enormous amount of respect the girls at the front desk were very professional and helpful and friendly and of course Elisa went out of her way to help us with car rental issues she was on the phone for two days to help us get a different car we will never forget her kindness.

Mixed feelings. Aan de ene kant een prachtig hotel en vriendelijk personeel. Echter mijn vrouw had de laatste ochtend last van steken/beten. Mogelijk bed bugs/fleas. Op onze melding hieover hebben we nooit meer reactie gekregen.

Beautiful hotel and the food was excellent both breakfast and dinner.

Porsche destination charging (free) was a real bonus. Pool amazing, hotel really lovely. Food at dinner was a bit of a disaster - not sure if they were struggling for kitchen staff but wasn’t cooked at all well. Everything else was brilliant so decided on balance to ignore this (and breakfast next morning was really good). Staff were superbly helpful and bd friendly and spoke excellent English (much better than my very limited Italian!)

Schönes Hotel, leider fehlt das Flair und die Persönlichkeit.Preise waren mit 500€ pro Nacht überteuert für die gebotene Leistung.

Bel hôtel, bel emplacement au bord du lac de Garde, mais quelques détails à régler pour un 5*. Appartement qui sentait l’humidité, très faible accessibilité dans un appartement famille une fois le canapé lit déployé, aucun rouleau de papier toilette de rechange, ni papier ni stylo dans la chambre pour prendre une note, bref le niveau de confort n’est pas à la hauteur d’un appartement à 500€ la nuit.
