호텔이 시내와 떨어진 외곽이며 주변 시설이 없어 불편햇음

This place looks kinda cute in the lobby, like you get in to late 80s, but the room felt really old and outdated. Our room had some old things kind is smell. Pillow and bed was ok, sheets were clean. The room didn’t have comforters, just some plaid. Sink were not draining well. This hotel doesn’t feel like 4 stars at all. Parking is not very easy, and there hard to find a place to load off the luggage. We were on the first floor yet there were some stairs which makes it harder to carry the luggage. There was no one who offered a help with luggage at the hotel. As for me, I wouldn’t stay there again. It’s time to renovate hotel.

Gutes Frühstück, saubere Zimmer. Der Standard ist ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen, er sehr gut für den Preis

El desayuno escaso pero bien atendido el hotel un poco lejos del centro pero bonito

The hotel was clean and provided everything that was required, including an underground secure car park. The breakfast was good. They did not do lunch or dinner, but did have a coffee bar which provided light meals all day.

Falta máquina de elíptica. Hay dos cintas de correr a cambio, pero la elíptica ahorra tiempo y lesiones.

Hay un laberinto hasta llegar a la habitación, pasando por rl restaurante, subir un tramo de escaleras y la habitación olía a humedad, comente la posibilidad de cambiar pero no fue posible

La habitación se encontraba cruzando la zona de la piscina. Para ir a desayuna me mojé por la lluvia y casi me lleva el viento. Lo interesante es la poca información al realizar el check in. Solo te dice siga las indicaciones que son muy pocas. Si te dan la habitación 117 +- no aceptes. Me quedé por el cansancio. El personal de restaurante muy amable.

Hotel correcto pero necesitaría una actualización urgentemente

El personal es excelente, muy atentos y amables. Las habitaciones aunque estan bien hace falta una pequeña remodelacion como por ejemplo: alfombra, colchas, cuadros etc

The room and staff were good. Safe did not work but should be fixed soon. Did not try the pool but it looked inviting with plenty of places to sit. Only con is that it is a 32minute uphill walk to the Cathedral but there are buses readily available. Bus #7. It is a 10 m8nute walk to Renfe train (flat) and 15 minute walk to Bus station (uphill).

Personal muy amable, las instalaciones en perfecto estado de limpieza, desayuno muy completo, única pega mucha distancia del centro, cuando funcione el tranvía será perfecto, gracias

Hotel muy cómodo y con un personal muy amable. A destacar Pedro el de la cafetería que nos atendió estupendamente y estuvo simpatiquísimo con nuestro nieto pequeño. Habitaciones amplias y silenciosas. Todo genial

Die Dame beim Check-In war sehr unfreundlich. Ob es an meinem schlechten Spanisch lag, oder an chronischer Unlust kann nur vermutet werden. In jedem Fall gab es kein Lächeln, sondern ein grimmiges Gesicht. Das Hotel insgesamt ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, jedoch hat es durchaus Stil. Da wir nur auf der Durchreise waren, können wir zum Frühstück etc. nichts sagen.
