Room was very clean. Staff was very friendly would definitely consider staying there again.

From the beginning at the front desk we were charged for taxes even though we are American citizens and Colombians as well. But because we said we entry the country by biometric standards ( which does not require the stamp at the passport ) we were charged illegally. We are going to petition de return of our tax money. We we are in Bogotá and we were exempted from taxes. Officers in immigration told us that is illegal . We are never going back to that hotel.

AC works well, breakfast was very good (variety). Location is great, right in the heart downtown Pereira. Nice & clean room. As far as paying at the property I dont recommend, better off to pay in full before arriving since peso fluctuates daily and create discrepancies when charging on a credit card. All my issues got resolved in a satisfactory manner after working with the administration contact.

Upon arrival, we learned that the hotel did not have a restaurant, which was a plus. Every time we wanted to eat or order room service, it had to go through another company. That limited our enjoyment of the place.

Property doesn't allow late check in.
