A great hotel with lovely staff

Very helpful staff. When I had car trouble, they took me to the nearest mechanic, translated for me, and it was dealt with very quickly.

The hotel was nice and well maintained. The family-member staff was very warm and helpful, and we had a nice breakfast with local and home-made products.

Visiting family in Kastoria, staying with them was not an option so we choose Chloe Hotel, the minute we walked into the lobby, I know we made the right choice. Beautiful hotel and the views were also, Margarita and her mother made us feel at home for breakfast, as if we were guests in their home, with alot of the breakfast foods coming from local people in Kastoria and Margarita's mother making a lot of the sweets, we will definitely stay again on our next trip!!

In one word - amazing. We have never seen such a great treatment. n. Everything was excellent. Great view. Very clean. And most of all is that the hotel owner is the most lovely peson. Great woman. She set and talk with us and help us with everything we wanted.

Sehr schönes und sauberes Hotel. Tolle Aussicht zum See. Sehr gutes Frühstück alle Produkte aus der Region (Joghurt, Marmelade usw.) Sehr freundliches Personal. Die Geschäftsführerinnen Frau Margarita sowie Frau Mimi schauen, dass immer alles reibungslos läuft. Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt. Wir kommen sicher wieder.

Un très joli hôtel, avec de nombreuses chambres avec une vue sur la lac (un peu lointaine mais agréable). Nous avions la plus jolie chambre: Suite Luxe vue Lac, 45 m2. Elle n’est pas très chère, et dispose d’une double terrasse. Le petit déjeuner est fait exclusivement à partir des produits régionaux. La ville de Kastoria est très jolie, ressemblant au Como, mais plus étendue. Une belle expérience.
