불친절하고 주차요금 너무 비싸고.. 아침식사 너무 형편없고.. 문제있는 호텔임

너무 좋았습니다. 올드 타운과 가깝고 편리합니다.

로컬에 맞는 조식 만족스럽고 위치도 어디든 가기에 편함! 출장에 적합한 합리적 느낌

출장으로 묵기에 쾌적한 호텔, 중심부에서 가까워 이동이 편리. 스태프 친절한 편이고 조식에서 로컬 음식 중 생선 메뉴 구성이 인상적.

처음 도착하자마자 체크인 하기 위해 들른 리셉션 직원은 그닥 친절하지 않았지만 4박을 머물고 체크아웃 할때의 직원은 매우 친절했다. 객실은 좁았지만 청결한편이고 쉬기 적당했다. 조식은 훌륭했지만 4일내내 같은 메뉴가 나와 질리기도 했다. 평일 조식은 여행객이 많아서인지 앉을자리도 없을만큼 붐비고 정신없었지만 주말 조식은 브런치개념으로 늦게 열고 사람들도 많지 않아서 편히 식사 할수 있었다. 이 호텔의 가장 큰 장점은 위치인듯 하다. 리가 기차역에서 횡단보도 하나 건너면 바로 있으며 버스터미널 또한 가까운편이지만 무거운 캐리어가 있다면 택시를 추천합니다. 버스터미널에서 호텔까지 지하도가 있어서 캐리어 들고 이동했는데 너무 힘들었어요. 도보 12분정도 거리에요. 그리고 코앞에 있는 로컬 버스정류장은 공항버스(미니버스)도 있고 트램이랑 전기버스까지 다 가까이에 있어요. 공원이랑 편의점도 가깝구요. 올드타운보단 뉴타운에 가까운데 거기서 거기라 다니기 나쁘지 않아요. 마지막날 캐리어 3일 맡기고 타지역 다녀왔는데 저처럼 좀 멀리 가실분은 가벼운 짐만 챙겨서 다녀오세요. 2주간 무료로 맡아준답니다. 대체적으로 만족했어요.

친절한 직원. 깨끗한 객실, 훌륭한 조식, 가까운 기차역 버스터미널, 주요 관광지 도보로 10분. 대중 교통 편리.

At check-in, I was left waiting while the receptionist appeared to be engaged in a personal conversation with friends. This didn’t create a welcoming first impression and felt unprofessional. At check-out, I requested a modest 30-minute extension so I could shower after completing a half marathon. Unfortunately, this was declined quite bluntly, despite the circumstances. A bit of flexibility and understanding would have gone a long way in improving my overall impression of your service.

Staff were excellent overall. There was an issue on Saturday night with many teenagers in big groups, who made alot of noise ,and which their guardians and hotel staff found it difficult to get them to be more respectful of other guests!!

Friendly staff. However, the cleanliness left much to be desired. The room was cleaned, beds made, and trash emptied only every third day. Trash bags were only replaced upon request before 3 days, and we had to ask the reception for fresh towels and other essentials.

Rigtig fint konferencehotel. Ikke verdens største værelser, men hotellet ligger fint i gåafstand til alle de vigtige og skønne steder i byen. Kæmpe udvalg af gode sager ved morgenmaden. God service i hotelbaren og ganske rimelige priser. Et fornuftigt valg til en forlænget weekend

Location is excellent for touring the city.

I had a great stay. Nice quiet room and it was clean and the bathroom was spacious. The hotel is in walking distance of everything and the reception was helpful. Breakfast was included and it was great. All in all very good value for money

Very friendly staff at reception and in the hole hotel.

Flott hotell med god lokalisasjon. god frokost, flotte fasiliteter, fin bar med gode drinker. Hyggelig personell som var behjelpelige med det meste. Rommet var utrolig flott, rent og pent. kommer gjerne tilbake

The stay overall is great except the poor service of the house keeping. The room cleaning only apply on the 4th date after you stay the first 3 nights. I checkin on Monday and hang the room cleaning card out of the main door on Thursday. When we back in the evening no cleaning at all, but they have entered the room and hang a do not disturb card out of the main door, then put the room cleaning card inside the table. More worst is the shower jel has ran out, I did put a memo in the bathroom as a reminder. But, nothing has done. When I report to the front desk, they only said sorry....this is the mistake by the house keeping team....room can only be clean on tomorrow cause they have off duty. They do said try to find shower gel for us but not guarantee. Then I told her how about to squeeze a little bit from the empty room, I think this make sense. After 15 minutes, we finally got shower gel to take a bath. Ignore this incident, the hotel is super, especially the water pressure of the shower is excellent.
