Perfect stay.

We arrived at hotel very late, but we could not help smiling. They received us with some cookies & hot teas and coffees. That made us very happy and comfortable.

It smelled funky in the rooms and hotel and we never got our deposit back .

Hotel was nice. Ac worked. Beds comfy. Breakfast was good. Nice staff. Would stay here again.

Place was clean and staff was friendly and responsive. Breakfast was good and varied when we stayed for 3 days. They served 3 different kinds of cookies for afternoon snacks!

I would have like to have more dining options. Otherwise, it was a nice hotel and good facilities.

Clean, quiet, safe. Lots of nearby place to eat. Staff also accommodated me with a later checkout.

Check in was a easy and quick. However, she didn't give us any information about breakfast or check out times. The property needs some upgrades. The bathroom has rust stains in the shower. The room door has damages and a wooden block attached to the top safety lock. It was good for one night. The cleaning staff went above and beyond by providing chocolates with a note. They also have microwavable popcorn, coffee/tea in the room. The dove soap, shampoo, and conditioner were also great touches. The hotel is next to Texas Children's Hospital which is great for us because we were here for an appointment. The snacks and drinks sold in the lobby were also a great convenience.

Muy bonitos los alrededores tranquilos, sin embargo el hotel le falta mucho falta limpieza y coordinación en la limpieza ya que hacen la limpieza demasiado tarde y algunas veces no es para nada completa En general el servicio al cliente es bueno

Breakfast is great. Restaurant is clean and nice. Slow staff / front desk computer. Non accurate information, given a key to a different room, room service lady let us in with the master key and then being kicked out to go to the right room. So humiliating :(. Room was stinky, had to keep the window open for a ventilation. Waited for 1 and half hour for the room to be cleaned on Saturday Morning, bedding . All in all, not a pleasant experience, in fact I am requesting a refund of the amount paid fir this room.

Good place near food places and 183. Clean. Staff is very good. Our door jam was damaged so the door lock did not work but door itself locked. Not fixable - needs a new door jam. No worries about safety. Breakfast good.

Very BIG difference between this location and the location close to the airport. This location is VERY CLEAN, staff is extremely friendly, and their housekeepers anticipate your needs at this location. I’d recommend staying here, over any other location hands down.!

Check in was easy…the stay was comfortable… complementary breakfast was good as well…we will be back.

I like the property because it is close to all the shopping facilities but far away from where my son and grandkids live. The mattress was horrible is like sleeping on a water bed
