제가 묶었던 방은 침대에 누워서도 마테호른이 보이는 아주 전망이 좋고 넓은 객실이었습니다. 또한 화장실에는 비데도 설치가 되어있고 비가 올 경우를 대비 방에 우산 2개와 배낭도 준비가 되어 있어서 손님을 위한 배려가 아주 좋았습니다.

직원들도 대체적으로 친절하고 좋았습니다. Restaurant Schäferstube 이랑 붙어 있어서 잘못들어 갔더니 빨간머리 무서운 아줌마가 인종차별하긴 했는데, 뭐 그 호텔 직원은 아니니까

The room was very well equipped & convenient

The front desk person was grumpy. The spa and pool were closed. The restaurant had a TON of flies inside, and they messed up my order, giving me a meat dish when I ordered vegetarian. There was a half drunk Coke in the mini fridge. The shower handles cannot be reached unless already under the shower head, so you have no choice but to be hit with cold water. The toilet has a bidet button that can’t be reached from the toilet. There are so many places to stay, there’s no need to choose this place.

Lovely boutique hotel, amazing characterful rooms, good breakfast and location. Staff generally cheerful and helpful. Nice touches like loan of a rucksack. Shame the pool was closed as that and the bar were really the only facilities in the hotel but plenty else to do in Zermatt. A secure WiFi would have been helpful.

Swiss style!

Great service and super clean. It was in a great location, close to a lot of the amenities that Zermatt had to offer. Many added perks to staying here from breakfast which is included with your stay, to the spa and tea time offerings daily. The rooms were sound proof, spacious and cozy. We would highly recommend staying here if you’re visiting the Zermatt area.

What a beautiful hotel with wonderful staff! We loved it and can’t wait to come back! Rooms were cute and beds comfy. Highly recommend.

駅まで歩いて10分ほどですが、無料で送迎してくれました。朝食のパンが美味しかったです。 マッターホルンの朝焼けビュースポットにも近かったです。毎日16〜17時はカフェの無料サービスがあり、ケーキもありました。 3泊したのですが、鼻炎がひどく、毎日部屋のティッシュペーパーを使い切るほどで、３日目には予備のティッシュを一箱置いてくれていて、ありがたかったです。
