전체 평가 및 리뷰 All-inclusive Hotel Albatros

가족여행으로 객실 3개를 예약하고 숙박하였습니다. 직원들의 태도는 매우 친절하였으며, 객실 패키지에 포함된 조식과 석식도 매우 훌륭하였습니다. 또한 리조트에 있는 수영장 시설도 해변 앞에 위치하고 있어 해변과 함께 이용하기 매우 쾌적하였으며, 객실에서 보는 전망도 매우 좋았습니다. 다만 올드타운과 거리가 차로 20분 정도 소요되며, 객실 3개 중 sea view 2개, Partial Sea View 1개를 예약하였으나 Partial Sea View 객실을 2개 배정해주어 조금 서운하였습니다. 그러나 올드타운과의 거리만 감안한다면 휴식하기에는 최적의 리조트이고 두브로브니크에 다시 방문한다면 재숙박할 의향이 있으며, 주변에도 꼭 추천하고 싶습니다.

맛있은 식사와 청결한 객실 그리고 주변 경관이 너무 좋았다. 가족과 함께 휴양하기에 좋은 호텔 두브로브니크 주변에서 숙소 잡기가 어려워 선택했는데 오히려 더 좋은 선택이었다.

두브로브니크 시내까지는 차로 20여분 걸립니다. 주차 공간도 많고 가격 대비 최상인듯 합니다. 침대와 욕실도 편합니다. 아침 저녁 꽤 괜찮게 나옵니다. 저녁에는 각종 그릴도 있어서 맛있게 먹었습니다. 다만, 물이나 음료는 판매하니 미리 사가지고 가시는게 좋을듯 합니다. 호텔에서 각종 투어나 렌터카도 빌릴수 있고 꽤 많은 프로그램이 있습니다. (주로 노인분들이 이용하시긴 합니다 ^^:). 타월도 넉넉하게 주고요. 호텔내 수영장도 쉬기에 정말 좋고, 해변이 보이는 뷰 또한 멋졌습니다. 방도 무료 업그레이드 해주었고요. 자동차가 있다면 굳이 비싼 두브로브니크에 숙박 잡지 말고 이곳에 머무는게 좋을것 같습니다.

I really enjoyed my stay here! The room was rather small, but well equipped, and the bed was really comfortable. Both breakfast and dinner buffets were very tasty, and the selection was great. My last night there they had a Croatian Night in the buffet restaurant, and not only did they serve some really tasty local dishes, but they had live Croatian singing. Very friendly and competent staff in the reception as well. And if you're going to Dubrovnik for the day, there are transfer boats docking just a few steps from the pool. The hotel is aging, but generally seems to be really well maintained, and I have a hard time finding anything really negative about it.

The hotel was clean and light. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. Really good selection of different types of food. Fresh salads, fish and cheeses. This was my fourth time in Cavtat so chose the location rather than the hotel. It's good that it is so close to the airport and the taxi from the airport was 20 Euros - regardless of taxi company. A little bit too early in the season, so a bit cool and places only just starting to open up, so would go in May or September next time, as done previously. Although Dubrovnik is quieter off season. Cavtat has a special place in my heart.

Zwar hat das Hotel von außen 70er Jahre Optik, innen aber top modernisiert. Abwechslungsreiches Buffet. Der Service bei den Getränken könnte etwas schneller sein. Overall eine Weiterempfehlung.

Sauber, gute All-Inklusive-Bar, Essen reichhaltig

The stay with our family was very nice. Pool area and the overall location was perfect. Some maintenance had been left undone.

I booked what I thought was just an airport hotel for our last night before flying home. Wow, this is a great resort and the town of Cavtat is a gem well worth visiting! The dinner buffet was really good and all facilities were excellent. The location is perfect for exploring the area. I would go back.

Fairly mediocre all inclusive catering

Very close to the airport It's a beautiful location and wonderful outside areas. The shower is so powerful too and great Aircon.

The food was average and not hot. The balcony was too small to sit out on and had no sun. Disabled access wasn’t good. The area was pretty but no shops within walking distance.

We're leaving a 1 star review on this hotel for the following reasons: 1. We've been sold the sunset view room for a premium, when we arrived, the room was facing the indoor pool; 2. While asking for a room change, the staff haven't been able to accommodate us in any way. We felt like they were lying in our faces saying there were no more room available in an hotel composed of hundreds of rooms; 3. The room and the isolation is one of the worst we've seen, we could hear the other room speaking and having a party as if we were with them and the reception wasn't answering the phone to do anything about it. The location is amazing, but the values of the hotel staff and the overall service is disappointing.

Great location, close to the airport

Great location and decent food. Closer to airport than we realised ( good thing for transport), but not a problem with noise. Modern property, large open seating area lacked atmosphere on same level as reception. Only one bar on this level. Restaurant on lower level, snack bar on lower level out near the pools. Self serve drinks at restaurant/ snack bar during open hours. Outside this time, seemed only one bar on upper level by reception. Drinks- all inclusive below standard - soft drinks especially - I opted for water mostly:-/. Two good size pools, a covered pergola surrounds the large pool ( great for shade). Our room lovely, simple and modern, comfy beds, pillow choice ( nice). Location - loved it, small road in front of hotel, small, but lovely pebble beach just across the road, water shoes required( typical Croatian beach). Nice to swim, was inflatable obstacle course week were there, taken down 7 Sept. A few bars/ eateries there, nice for a change to watch the sunset. Within flat walking distance 15 - 20mins Cavtat town. Beautiful stroll, quiet road by the sea. All in all, good quality accomodation for the price, great location

Härligt hotell med ständig och bra luftkonditionering på rummet. Matbufféerna var superba, bra påfyllt och mycket att välja på hela dagen. Kaffet och rödvinet var odrickbart annars inget att anmärka på. Priserna i Cavtat är värre än i Sverige så AI rekommenderas.

Very good clean hotel . Only fault air conditioner not working.
