Spent the night at the Wilson Arms. Lovely little pub in a very peaceful area. Friendly staff, clean rooms, fast service and lovely food from the restaurant. Would definately recommend the Wilson Arms.

We arrived very late but were met on arrival by friendly faces who were eager to help us after a long day, nothing was to much and we immediately said to each other ‘what a great bunch of people’

Excellent location just a short drive from Whitby. With no major hotel chains nearby this little Gym was found and I’ll certainly be returning every time I need to work in the area.

This is great little hotel. Used a couple of times now. Friendly staff, very clean, great rooms. No too expensive. Food and breakfast excellent. Parking good.

I was a solo traveller, my 2 dogs accompanied me. I was absolutely blown away by the hotel, absolutey immaculate, the decor was beautiful, oak & brass. The hotel looked like it had recently been refurbished. I enjoyed a lovely walk into Whitby. The breakfast was the best ive had. The service and friendliness of the staff made me feel at ease. I really cant wait to go back. I've told so many friends and family about this place. Its my new favourite.

Very friendly staff in this pub with rooms located in a peaceful village setting outside the hustle and bustle of Whitby. Very good food, brilliant breakfast and a grand pot of tea. Local doorstep walks and a super walk into Whitby for those fit and active. A great find. Hope to visit again.

We enjoyed a 3 night stay at The Wilson Arms. It’s a lovely little Restaurant/Pub/B&B. Tastefully decorated with modern touches although keeping some of the old charm. Everything was finished to a great standard and our room was very comfortable with comfy bed and good shower. It was an excellent base for exploring Whitby and the Yorkshire Moors. We used the P&R into Whitby which had, conveniently, just started running again for the Season Breakfast provided a good choice of cereal and cooked items and cooked and presented very well. We ate at the Inn on two nights (too full after fish & chips in Whitby the middle night!) and this was also good. The owner (Dawn?) and I think her name was Zoe, were very attentive and nothing was too much trouble. Altogether a lovely stay and we would definately recommend.

Extremely helpful regarding an early check in. Lovely spacious room and large shower room. Kettle and tea/coffee items replenished. Great breakfast. All in a lovely pub with friendly staff. Was a super stay just above Whitby with car park in quiet surroundings and view of Whitby Abbey. Would most definitely stay here again.

Great place to stay, east to find, had a car park and easy travelling alone with the dog. Extremely clean, helpful & friendly staff. I would definitely stag again!

Lovely, quiet and comfortable place for a weekend getaway. Easy reach of Whitby and Robin Hoods Bay. Nice local walks, too. Good pub food and a great breakfast. Staff so friendly and helpful. Amazing value for money too!

Property was very newly done up, clean and very homly, the food was supurb and would recommend to people travelling ronthe area

We were made very welcome on arrival and, the host couldn’t do enough for us. The evening meal was outstanding would recommend very highly. Will be back at some point.

We gave stayed twice before this latest visit and things only get better. Everything is great, food, drink, accommodation, location and last but not least the owners and staff.

Fantastic facilities, food and service, only there 1 night but plenty of people staying there had been there multiple nights and all had the same fantastic experience, would happily go back again!

Stayed here as convenient for wedding trip to Sneaton Caste nearby. Staff were wonderful. Rooms lovely and breakfasts plentiful
