The best condition.

It’s a fantastic destination, especially the beach. Amazing views and really clean waters. No litter, no seaweed, just small sand and crystal clear water. The people at the hotel are amazing and so are the Guests staying there.

The staff were fabulous. Maria and all the staff on reception were so friendly and helpful, thank you for the El Arbol Tapas recommendation.

Experiencia fantástica como siempre,llevamos años yendo a este hotel.La comida,el personal que nos tratan genial y con una sonrisa. La única pega es que había un fallo en el motor de la piscina climatizada y el agua estaba fría en cambio nos dieron una habitación superior con piscina privada(aunque el tiempo no acompañó pero se agradece el detalle) También nos facilitaron un tarta y vela para celebrar el cumpleaños de mi marido así que repetiremos.

Un hotel fantástico, el trato y la ubicación es excepcional.

Hotel de 5* pero con servicios de un 4*. A las doce de la noche cierran el único bar y en room service no llevan bebidas.

El hotel y su ubicación maravillosa , el trato muy agradable y profesional, En general todo bastante bien ! Teníamos una suite y nos invitaron a una botella de cava ! La verdad solo fallo la limpieza no fue muy satisfactoria y luego que para ser una suite de un hotel 5*carecía de servicios más exclusivos ( como los de higiene). Solo estos dos puntos que se pueden mejorar . Desayuno maravilloso! Su restaurante cataria fabuloso !

Solo female traveller who stayed here in April '23. The place was perfect and better than I'd imagined. Big room with great balcony. Multiple places to roam and hang out - I personally went from pool to pool bar to beach to gym to buffet. ;) The staff were amazing - whether they were cleaners, servers, cooks, front desk, spa, lifeguards. Everyone was approachable and relaxed and warm and friendly. I loved the variety at the buffet and the quality of the food so much that I sent a video back home to friends to brag. The beach in front of the hotel is great. Whereas some hotels further down the strip can't see the waves from their beach loungers, at this hotel, you can sit in your lounge chair on the beach and look directly at the waves and walk straight in to the water. If you're questioning going, just do it! There's a reason this hotel is rated so highly. Bravo to the team!

Wunderschöne Hotelanlage mit großen Pools, sehr schöner Innenausstattung und angenehme Atmosphäre. Super freundliche Mitarbeiter. Restaurant mit Büffet zum Frühstück/Abendessen etwas zu laut. Speisen aber sehr gut. Barpersonal am Abend immer leicht überfordert.

Nous avions réservé une chambre vue sur mer (pour éviter une vue latérale). Quelle ne fut pas notre déception en voyant les balcons de l'hôtel voisin et l'océan seulement en se penchant et au loin! Et torticolis garantis... Les moustiques et autres lézards ont fait le reste. Petit déjeuner gargantuesque mais pas de bonne qualité dans une ambiance cafétéria très bruyant et pas toujours propre. Pour sortir de cette enclave de la Barrosa, Cadiz est à 45 minutes en voiture. Une fois installés, difficile de bouger ou alors il faudra prendre une excursion proposée par l'hôtel au prix fort. Nous ne reviendrons pas.

Este hotel es una delicia en todos los sentidos, tanto en pareja como en familia. Las instalaciones está nuevas, limpísimas y agradables. El persona es muy atento y tienen una gran disposición para ayudar y ser amables con los huéspedes. Muy recomendable.
