The hotel is beautifully designed and stylish and smells great. All the staff are very friendly and helpful, especially the ladies behind the reception desk. The rooms are small but perfectly formed - such a great use of space with lots of storage, every detail has been thought of. There is a choice of pillows and the towels are lovely. Everywhere is super clean and you can request your room to be clean every day, if you wish. We paid extra for a sea view and it was worth it, though it's in shade in the afternoon. However there is plenty of seating in the communal areas. I didn't use the pool as it was too cold in April, but it looks great and there's a dipping pool in the roof. The breakfast is self service and varied, which can be eaten at tables outside looking at the sea view. A perfect retreat for adults.

Das Zimmer war wirklich schön und liebevoll eingerichtet. Der Smart TV hat leider nicht zuverlässig funktioniert, vermutlich wegen der schwachen Internetverbindung. Trotz täglicher Reinigung war es noch leicht staubig, was wahrscheinlich am frisch gestarteten Saisonbetrieb lag. Insgesamt war das Preis‑Leistungs‑Verhältnis für einen Kurztrip aber sehr überzeugend.

Uncaring staff

Probably our favourite stay while travelling the island. The decor was awesome, breakfast was solid and we enjoyed hanging out at the property as well as using it as a launch pad for exploring locally.

Our stay at Hoposa Pollentia was nothing short of magical! From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcomed by the warm and friendly staff. The hotel’s elegant design, combined with its unbeatable beachfront location, created the perfect romantic atmosphere. Our room was spotless and stylish, with a balcony overlooking the sea — waking up to that view was unforgettable. We loved the delicious breakfasts and evening drinks overlooking the beach and sea, all served with such care. Every moment felt peaceful and special. We left feeling completely recharged and can’t wait to come back — it was the perfect couples’ getaway!

Excellent hotel, located right across the cycling path, breakfast included in the morning with a variety of fresh juices, daily smoothie, coffee etc. They also have a bike storage garage with a hose to clean your bike. Overall had a great stay and would recommend!

from the time of arrival to the time i stayed, the hotel has an excellent view, waterfront, everything LOOKS modern & updated. I did have an issue with the air, for them to offer another room, if i had to pack up, i would just check out. Why was the room not prepared before arrival. AC only works when key card is inserted. The room did not go below 22 degrees celsius, to be told thats european laws. The price for the room is to expensive for what they offered. I was attending a function at a near by hotel, that was sold out otherwise i would have checked out immediately to stay there. Spanish is the language for the area, i had language barrier issues. i have photo & video if expedia would like to see

Spiste aftensmad der x 2. Begge gange med lang ventetid på både service og mad - tjenerne gik rundt nog lavede andre ting end at servicere kunderne og man skulle selv henvende sig for at blive betjent. Der gik 1n time fra ankomst til der kom forretter!!!! Brødet til maden var tørre rundstykker fra morgenen - sådan føltes det i munden... kedeligt og tørt. Hotellets motionsrum er en direkte hån mod folk der gerne vil træne.....Lukket glasbur med ingen plads og et usandsynligt ringe udvalg af udstyr. Ingen luft eller vinduer og placeret i kælderen med kig ind i væggene....Det er for ringe af et hotel til den pris.... Kunne være dejligt hvis hotellet rådede over solsengene på den tilhørende strand, således man ikke blev ruineret på daglig basis, igen betaler man rigeligt for opholdet.....

Massive extremely comfort beds, breakfast superb and best pineapple daiquiri’s I have ever had. Reception and all staff could not be more friendly or obliging. Offered use of courtesy shower on day of departure. Location directly opposite fine golden sandy beach.

The room and the pools are much smaller than the pictures would make you think. The price for the space isn’t really the best, but the area is nice and the staff was very friendly.
