Situé à 5 minutes à pieds de la gare, 15 minutes du centre historique de Saint Malo, les chambres disposent du confort attendu, l'air conditionné a été apprécié en cette période de canicule. Je n'hésiterai pas à y séjourner à nouveau.

We were a party of 5 Some of the rooms were not ready and one of the party had to wait over an hour to get in the room after being told twice it was ready. Then as he was late jumped in the shower and the towel was wet and dirty and haven’t been changed, unfortunately the staff are waiting staff from the restaurant and although very friendly were not able to efficiently check us in. I also request to pay on arrival so we can all pay separately and in the local currency but before we arrived they had debited my credit card which I use to warranty the booking which incurred a none local currency charge. When argued was firstly told it was hotels .coms fault then I should change my bank. The hotel itself is reasonably clean well situated and decorated. But unfortunately as this is the second time this has happened to our group we will not be staying there again. We average five persons per trip and stay in the area at least once a month from February to September

Pleasant hotel close to the train station

Strategically located near the train station and close to the old walled city, the hotel is very clean, quiet, and perfect for a stay in Saint-Malo. I highly recommend it!

There was an overall lack of care. I was told that breakfast was 7am until 10am at a cost of 14 euros. On one morning at 9am there was only two brearolls and two pain au chocolate. I had the last of the cheese abd there wsd nothing else. Had following morning at 9.10 there was nothing at all. On the day before I left my room had not been made up and the girl at reception just said that they had a problem - presumably because if was a public holiday.

Friendly staff, location near train station and walkable to the old city. Our Expedia reservation included not dinner and breakfast. Breakfast had minimal cold choices but was adequate. Dinner credit up to $25 per person which covered our dinner (except the wine). Dinner was very tasty

Good economical hotel. Convenient location next to train station. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Comme à la maison ou presque. Hôtel très propre, refait en 2022. Personnel à l’écoute de la clientèle. Un excellent cuisinier Marc qui opére, professionnellement dans sa cuisine.

Chambre

Pas possibilité de régler la température du chauffage dans la chambre car régulation du chauffage géré par la réception. Un peu frais dans la chambre ,du coup il serait judicieux de proposer des couvertures supplémentaires.

Bon séjour. Belle position pour visiter la ville. Chambre correcte. Par contre le petit déjeuner buffet est trop cher par rapport a ce qui est proposé. Je recommande tout de même pour un court séjour

Hôtel très bien situé géographiquement proche de la gare, d’intra muros, du sillon...etc....L’ensemble du personnel est à l’écoute de la clientèle. Les plats frais sont très abordables économiquement. Le nouveau chef est très abordable.

Bel établissement rénové récemment. Les chambres sont très agréables. Le restaurant propose de bons petits plats , à des prix très attractifs. La Direction a changé et le nouveau directeur est à l’écoute des clients ainsi et de ses collaborateurs.

Just a two day visit to Saint Malo… perfect location, near train station and bus stops. Staff friendly and helpful. Was able to hold our luggage on our day of departure so we can explore the area.
