Great location very centric

El hotel está bien ubicado y creo que esa es su gran baza. Sin duda ha tenido tiempo mejores. Me dieron una habitación en la planta superior en un día de lluvia y resultó estar llena de goteras, 4 de ellas rodeando la cama. A las 4 de la mañana, llamé a recepción y me hicieron bajar para cambiarme de habitación. El personal muy amable, pero todos parecían estar al tanto de que había un problema de goteras. Me parece increíble que sabiéndolo, el hotel no se preocupe de repararlas y den esas habitaciones en días de lluvia. La verdad es que esperaba que en un hotel de este estilo, tuvieran algún tipo de detalle para compensarme por los inconvenientes. Pero nada. Al salir me cobraron el precio total de la noche y la cena que había pedido al servicio de habitaciones. Ni siquiera ofrecerme si quería tomar algo en el bar para desayunar.

Just an overnight stay. We did not have breakfast however the coffee was excellent and the staff amazing. Recommend as a good central place to stay Car park very tight, if you have a large vehicle I doubt you could fit down the slope to the underground parking. However very secure

Only stayed one night but thoroughly enjoyed it. Location was great and our room was wonderful. Stayed in a junior suite and it was clean, roomy, and had an excellent view. Would stay again!

We had a wonderful time in Albacete. The hotel was at perfect location- walking distance to all major landmarks and close to restaurants, tapas places, and stores. Highly recommend the hotel! The hotel staff was very professional and helpful with suggestions what to see and do!

Nice local hotel - Air Conditioning not great ! I would however use again. Excellent location, also maximum 10 min walk from the train station.

Good hotel in a great location, staff were excellent and very helpful. Unfortunately the restaurant and bar were being refurbished during our trip and were closed off, we were allowed to use the cafe next door for our breakfast in the morning.

Decent hotel - super central, but air conditioning does not work, this is my second stay here and the same before. When asked at reception, just not interested. I asked for a fan but non available. My room was 28 degrees, so very uncomfortable! However they do provide free bottles of water in the room! I do have a picture of the bedroom thermostat but does not appear to be a function in this review to upload!

La habitación es grande y la cama cómoda pero la moqueta del suelo (además de estar completamente desfasado) estaba muy sucia en la hab 401. La hab. tiene vista a patio interior sin ningún encanto. La WIFI no funciona bien, se corta y no permite trabajar El desayuno es un plato a escoger entre 5 opciones en lugar de buffet, por lo tanto más lento y menos variado pero de buena calidad (aunque demasiado caro). El hotel está muy bien situado.

La ubicación es muy buena. El servicio y la atención es buena. Quizás el precio es un poco caro.
