Calidad precio super bien.La habitacion tiene asta un comedor con sofas.Pero la cama es incomodosima y la almuada lo peor.El personal es encantador sobre todo la recepcionista Sofia un encanto

We stayed for 5 days as part of a longer trip. It's 3 star so didn't expect to much. The staff were a bit hit and miss. Some were brilliant others not helpful at all. The room was OK apart from the balcony. Which was more like a prison exercise yard. As it had 4 walls and no balcony. More like an enclosed terrace. Shame because being on the 9th floor the views would of been brilliant. The hotel mainly caters for Spanish. So being British we were low priority. That said the facilities were good with indoor and outdoor pools. And sauna and jacuzzi. Also the location was great right by Calpe beach. With loads of bars restaurants around. Also the hotel has a car park for €11 a day which if driving or hiring a car is handy. Overall it is a good hotel just for us personally the balcony and some staff. Made the stay less enjoyable. Oh and also the catering in the restaurant for breakfast was great. Even had proper UK sausages and hp sauce 😂👍

El hotel es cómodo y está muy bien situado. Mi recomendación es que lo reformen para actualizar sobre todo el mobiliario.

Het is een schoon maar gedateerd complex en erg gehorig; schuivende meubels op tegelvloer, douche, doortrekken van de wc. Locatie perfect, dichtbij t strand/boulevard en supermarkt.

Se cumplieron las expectativas de tranquilidad, buena atención del personal y gran servicio de cocina. Lo recomiendo.

Amplitud de habitaciones. Faltó cama matrimonio, ya que me pusieron cama doble.

La ubicación es excepcional, las piscinas exteriores y cubierta, el gym y el spa muy bien. Las habitaciones son muy amplias y cómodas; quizá podrían beneficiarse de una reforma estética.

Good location close to nice beach. A bit to walk to city center but taxi easy to get. Ok buffet breakfast.

Beautiful hotel staff and facilities excellent great location 1 minute walk to beach 5 mins from shops and restaurants.

This was the third time we have stayed at the Esmeralda and for good reasons. Our room was spotlessly clean and done every day. The staff on reception were always courteous and helpful, particularly Alicia who helped us to do our Passenger Locator Forms and printed them. Breakfast and Dinner in the dining room had a very large choice of food and friendly staff too. We look forward to our next visit.

Séjour excellent. Séance spa agréable. Hôtel idéalement situé. Pas besoin de voiture pour tout faire.

Ett hotell där det är tveksamt om 3 stjärnor är en korrekt bedömning. Hotellet är slitet, frukosten är inte upplyftande, hela hotellet andas charter hotell. Det har som sitt systermodell ett centralt läge, men syster hotellet ger mer värde för pengarna, enligt vår bedömning.
