The hotel itself isn’t too bad, but there’s definitely room for improvement, especially when it comes to customer communication. I booked this hotel because they advertised parking spaces, but later realized there may not be enough available to guarantee a spot. I reached out via message asking to be charged for parking upfront, but unfortunately, I never received a response. When I arrived, the parking was full, and I had to drive around the city for quite some time to find a spot. Better communication and transparency about parking availability would have made this experience much smoother.
